    Kimber is the author of "An Invitation to Shine" (her book that comes out soon).

    In it she's written about releasing inherited conditioning to remember who you are under projected roles and expectations.

    Kimber tells her story about reframing a lifelong “hard no”with safety, clear agreements, boundaries, and the freedom to change direction uncovering new pleasure without shame or self-abandonment.

    We also dive into healing the mother wound, caregiving with choice, and how softening certain “hard no’s” can create space to heal old wounds and wonder.

    We talk about aging how you want (Kimber started surfing at 62) and becoming invincible instead of invisible.
