In this episode, Keith Robinson shares his 17-year exploration into cardiovascular health and the role of nitric oxide in circulation. We discuss common signs of poor blood flow such as cold hands or feet and raised blood pressure, and why lifestyle and nutrition may influence arterial flexibility.

Keith outlines “cleaning” plaque, the idea of supporting nitric oxide production, and a three-part nutrition protocol he uses with clients. We also touch on sport performance, tracking progress, and Keith’s offer to speak to you one-to-one via Zoom.

Later, Keith shares personal perspectives on COVID-era health concerns and spike proteins. He shares ways we can re-address the balance in our bodies.
