    In the season one finale of The New Twenty Four, Gavriel and Torrence go back-and-forth analyzing all the major news and moves to take shape at the onset of the free agency period in Episode 34, as the duo discuss the three-team trade between the Celtics, Nets and Hawks that sent All-Star big man Kristaps Porzingis out to Atlanta just days prior to the draft.     Gavriel and Torrence return for the 33rd consecutive week to discuss the Buss family's decision to sell the Los Angeles Lakers to Mark Walter for $10 billion, marking the largest sale of a pro sports franchise in the United States. In addition to the Chicago Bulls quietly coming to terms with Arturas Karnisovas and Marc Eversley on contract extensions to remain in the front office, the New York Knicks never-ending search for a head coach and a pair of trades involving the Trail Blazers sending Anfernee Simons and future picks to the Celtics in exchange for two-time All-Star guard Jrue Holiday, as well as another involving former Golden State Warriors guard Jordan Poole swapping residencies with his fellow peer CJ McCollum to join the New Orleans Pelicans as part of a 4-player deal in a loaded Opening Tip-Off segment (04:21).

    In episode 32 of The New Twenty Four, Gave and Torrence converge to discuss the first major trade to take place a few weeks before free agency involving the Memphis Grizzlies shipping out Desmond Bane to the Orlando Magic for Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Cole Anthony and four unprotected first-round picks that went down at the top of the week and how it will help both franchises entering the 2025-26 campaign (06:23), while also talking further on all the news pertaining to Kevin Durant's marketplace and how the Phoenix Suns have put themselves in a tough spot to unload the two-time NBA Finals MVP among other items in this week's Opening Tip-Off segment (14:52).

    Prior to taking a further dive back into all of the action going down in the battle for the Larry O'Brien Trophy between the Indiana Pacers and Oklahoma City Thunder, as the friends take time to examine how OKC managed to regain control of the series (21:13) and where things have managed to go wrong for Indiana at arguably the most pivotal time of the year (29:35).

    In addition to evaluating whether or not Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle should have decided to ride the hot hand of backup point guard T.J.
