Alan P. King is Partner and Managing Director, Head of Property Management at Berkshire, based in the Atlanta metropolitan area. A multifamily property management veteran with more than four decades of experience, he previously led property operations at Berkshire Residential Investments, overseeing around 700 professionals across more than 23 markets, and served on the firm's Investment Committee.

Mark Fiebig is the co-founder and CEO of Payscore, an automated income and identity verification company tailored for property managers and vehicle dealerships. He launched the company in 2017 alongside Chief Technology Officer Stephen Arifin (the startup was previously operating under the name The Closing Docs)

Andrew Layton is Chief Acquisition Officer & Chief Experience Officer at Student Quarters, one of the top 25 student housing owners/operators in the US. He joined the company in December 2013, where he leads origination and underwriting efforts for the acquisition of student housing assets on behalf of Student Quarters' investors. Over the course of his career in student housing, Andrew has originated transactions worth more than $2 billion.

He studied at Duke University (BA in Public Policy Studies/Political Science), holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland.
