    Welcome, my lovely friend, to Episode 9 of the Monkeymind Meditation Club.

    In this dreamy and deeply soothing episode, Jomo invites you into a place that only appears when life slows and the world softens around the edges.

    The Museum of Quiet Wonders opens its doors for a gentle, unhurried wander through calm, kindness, and rest.

    Together, you will explore three beautifully imagined spaces designed to help busy minds unwind and tired nervous systems settle.

    We begin in The Room That Breathes, a mindfulness meditation where the space around you gently rises and settles, creating a feeling of being held, supported, and quietly steadied.

    From there, you drift into The Corridor of Unfinished Paintings, a Zen inspired story filled with lantern light, paused moments, and a tender reminder that unfinished things can be exactly right.

    Finally, you are invited to lie down and rest beneath The Clouds of Forgotten Thoughts, a sleepy summer visualisation where memories and thoughts drift like clouds across a wide, open sky, never asking you to follow or fix them.


    This episode is ideal for easing anxiety, quietening the mind, improving sleep, and creating a sense of inner space and emotional softness. Perfect for evening listening, bedtime, or any moment where you need the world to feel a little kinder.

    We’re inviting you into a softly surreal, deeply calming, totally dreamy inner art exhibition—where each meditation is inspired by a famous painter. This one’s for your imagination as much as your breath.

    🎨 First stop:

    “Clouds and Quiet” – a gentle countryside wander through the rolling skies and golden fields of John Constable’s England.

    Imagine a landscape so calm, the clouds move in time with your breath. The wind is soft, the light is golden, and everything around you is gently exhaling. A meditation to ground you like roots in the soil.

    🌌 Next:

    “Inside the Starry Night” – drift beneath the swirling sky of Vincent Van Gogh.

    You’ll step inside his brushstrokes—alive with movement, colour and emotion—and let your thoughts dissolve into stars. This one is all feeling. All breath. All beauty. Like floating through paint made of memory and moonlight.
