I also think even if Adoption is not part of your story or future, there are little nuggets in here that I think would help anyone who navigates a bigger bolder journey of any sort.

After meeting with Kelsey for coffee and hearing her story, I knew I had to invite her to this podcast to share it with others.

Every adoption journey and story is so very different and beautiful and complex in its own way.

Her maturity and wisdom in this episode are something to admire and how she chose to close a relationship with her bio dad at a young age to be able to fully embrace life with her mom and Adoptive Dad is incredible.

I made it here! Like to my 20th Podcast episode and while some of you may not think it's a big deal, I do! And why? Well, because so many Podcasts do not even make it past 3, and when I first started this, I didn't think I would make it past 3. It was a bit scarier than I anticipated.

I will go first! My current favorite undies are from Kohls, highrise, silky, comfortable and pretty. The brand is Vanity Fair.

Another girl loves Victoria Secret no-shows! They are so stinken soft but you do want to hang them to dry so they last longer!

One gal is loving the underwear subscription she gets from Splendies! 3 pairs per month are delivered right to her doorstep and she loves it! Her personal favorite- the line-free silky thong ones!

Another Mama is loving her Hanes from Walmart. She prefers the briefs to cover her "mom belly"

You know what stinks? When someone disappoints you over and over again. Do you also know what "really" stinks? When it might be your fault you are constantly disappointed and not there's....

Eeek. Sometimes we tend to set unattainable standards on someone and they have no chance of meeting them. It's not fair on either end. So maybe it's time to lower that bar a bit.

Are you someone who holds on to a person's past? You know that thing they said to you 20+ years ago, or how they once lived, the mistakes they made, or the last name they carried? Well, I challenge you in this episode to give them a do-over, restart, and maybe get to know them again. Who knows they might become a pretty cool person in your life..... or not. But you will never know until you try.
