Welcome to The Manifesting Formula. I’m Christine Rizzo, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s that creating a life you love is about so much more than making a vision board and hoping the Universe is paying attention. LOL.

Manifesting starts with you—your thoughts, your energy, the way you speak to yourself, the choices you make, what you believe, what you hold onto, what you’re willing to let go of, and most importantly, learning to trust that little voice inside of you that usually knows a hell of a lot more than we give it credit for.

After taking two years away from the podcast, I’m coming back with a whole lot more life behind me—and believe me, my friends, life has given me plenty to talk about. LOL.

We’re still going to talk about manifesting, because that will always be at the heart of this podcast. But we’re going deeper. We’ll talk about spirituality, intuition, gratitude, relationships, self-love, self-trust, energy, the lessons life continues to teach us, and how all of it plays a part in creating the life we actually want to live.

I’ll share the stories, the lessons, the things I’ve gotten right, the things I’ve gotten completely wrong, and probably a few things I’m still trying to figure out. Because I’m not here to tell you that I have all the answers. I’m here to share what I’ve learned, what I’m still learning, and maybe help you see something in your own life a little differently along the way.

So whether you’ve been here since Episode 1 or you just found me today, welcome, my friend. I’m so happy you’re here.

It’s time to remember just how powerful you really are.

  • 130 - Manifesting - Who Is the Voice in My Head—and Why Won’t It Shut Up?
    2026/09/30

You know that voice in your head that worries, overthinks, compares, assumes, judges, replays things that already happened and occasionally tries to convince you that something is wrong when absolutely nothing has happened?

    Yeah. Her. 😂

I call her my Inner Mean Girl—and she has a LOT to say.

In this episode of The Manifesting Formula, we're talking about the voice in your head, where some of those thoughts and beliefs come from, and why just because a thought came from your own mind doesn't mean it's true.

I'll share how my relationship with my own Inner Mean Girl has changed over the years, why she doesn't get out much anymore 😂, and how meditation helped me learn one of the most important things I know today:

I can notice a thought without having to follow it.

We'll also talk about the difference between feeling something and feeding it, the Buddhist teaching of the two arrows, and how we can unintentionally keep hurt, anger, fear or disappointment alive long after the original moment has passed.

And because this is The Manifesting Formula, we'll connect all of this back to your thoughts, your feelings, your energy—and what you're creating in your life.

You don't need to monitor every thought that enters your mind.

You don't need to fight with your Inner Mean Girl.

And you definitely don't need to believe everything she tells you.

Because if it isn't coming from love...

    it's a fucking lie. ❤️

In this episode, you'll hear about the Inner Mean Girl and the Inner Goddess, subconscious beliefs and the things we learned to believe about ourselves, how thoughts affect feelings and energy, meditation and awareness, feeling versus feeding an emotion, the Buddhist teaching of the two arrows, and why the voice in your head really can become a whole lot quieter.

Thank you for listening to The Manifesting Formula. If this episode made you think of someone whose Inner Mean Girl could use a little less microphone time 😂, send it their way. And if you've been enjoying the podcast, I would love it if you'd take a minute to leave a rating or review. It helps more people discover our little corner of the podcast world. ❤️

  • 129 - Manifesting - How Do You Make Peace With A Choice You Can't Change?
    2026/09/23

    Send us Fan Mail

Have you ever made a choice you knew you couldn’t take back...but found yourself thinking about it months—or even years—later?

Maybe the choice isn’t actually what you’re still struggling with.

Maybe it’s the relationship you wanted to be different.

The person you wanted someone to be.

The apology or understanding you never received.

Or the version of the story you keep replaying in your mind.

In this episode, we’re talking about what it really means to accept something you cannot change—and why acceptance doesn’t always mean closeness, reconciliation, or pretending something didn’t hurt.

I’m also sharing more about my relationship with my mom, how that relationship shaped the mother I chose to become, and one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned:

You cannot change the choice you made then. But you absolutely have a choice about what you do with it now.

We’ll talk about acceptance, forgiveness, relationships, the stories we continue to tell ourselves, and how the energy we give our past can affect the life we’re creating today.

Because making peace with a choice doesn’t mean changing what happened.

It means deciding how much of your life you’re willing to keep giving to it.

  • 128. Manifesting - When "That Person" Is No Longer "Your Person"
    2026/09/16

    Send us Fan Mail

Have you ever looked at a friendship or relationship and realized...

this person just isn't my person anymore?

Maybe there wasn't a huge fight.

Maybe no one did anything terrible.

Maybe the relationship simply changed...and somewhere along the way, you changed too.

In this episode, I'm sharing a very personal experience that made me look differently at one of my own friendships—and helped me realize something important:

That moment didn't change the relationship. It showed me what the relationship had already become.

We're talking about the relationships we hold onto because of history, the expectations we place on people, and what happens when we stop trying to make a relationship be something it simply isn't anymore.

We'll also talk about acceptance, impermanence, the word “should,” and a question that might make you look at some of the relationships in your own life differently:

If I met this person today...would I still choose this friendship?

Not every relationship is meant to stay the same forever.

    People change.

    We grow.

    Life changes.

And sometimes making peace with a relationship isn't about fixing it, ending it, or deciding who's right and who's wrong.

    Sometimes...

it just is what it is.
