Since then, the Panthers have been at least the Regional Final for the past 3 seasons. I spoke to HC Ryan Snell about how they've built a consistent winner from scratch, why 11-man is better than 8-man, the intersection of wrestling and football, his days at Brewer Witches Athletics, and so much more.
