There is something happening in so many people right now, all at the same time.

Old wounds are rising — grief, anger, an exhaustion that has no obvious cause, a heaviness that seems to come from far beyond this one life. If you feel it too, I want you to hear this first: you are not broken, and you are not doing it wrong.

These wounds are imprinted deep in our DNA, in every cell, carried down through the generations before us. And it is no coincidence that they are surfacing in so many of us at once. We are moving through a powerful cosmic cycle — the astrology overhead, the solar storms, the waves of divine light reaching our energy systems. Every time that light touches us, it brings our shadows up to the surface. It isn’t always comfortable. But it is the beginning of coming home to who you truly are.

The heavy wounds you carry from your ancestors are not your truth. They are old programmings you were born into. And if you feel, deep inside, that you came here to break these cycles — for yourself and for whole generations — then you are exactly who these videos are for.

This is video one of a long journey. Your work is not only to heal these wounds. It is to recognize the power that lives behind them — the divine creative power that carries you into your purpose here on earth. And healing happens in steps: if you’ve done years of inner work and the wounds still rise, often stronger than before, that is not failure. That is how it moves.

In the videos to come, we’ll go deeper — the female ancestral line, the male ancestral line, and the specific patterns rising to be released now, the old ways that cannot come with us into the new earth.

And if something in you says yes to moving through this passage with me personally — this is the heart of my 1:1 work, The Awakening Series. There’s no pressure and no rush; simply write me an email when your answer is there.

We are in a very special time here on Earth. The cosmic energies are rising, and with them, everything inside us that has been suppressed for years — sometimes for lifetimes — is coming to the surface. Old emotions, old traumas, old wounds. Not to break us, but to be released.

If you are highly sensitive — an empath, an old soul, someone who feels everything deeply — this process can feel overwhelming. The waves arrive stronger, the shadows louder, the emotions more overwhelming than anyone around you seems to understand. You are not too much. You are exactly what this time is calling for. But you need a way to move through it that honors your sensitivity rather than fighting against it.

In this video, I share what I have learned as a 51-year-old emotional generator: how to regulate your emotions and your nervous system when the waves arise. Not by escaping them, not by numbing them, not by suppressing what wants to be seen — but by staying with what is here. Breathing into your heart. Welcoming the emotion. Letting the wave rise and fall, without making any decisions from within it.

Because everything you suppress will find its way to the surface anyway. The cosmic energies do not let us hide from ourselves anymore. And the way through is not around your shadows — it is through them.

Behind your inner fire lies your divine power. The soul energy that was given to you from divine source. The talents, the gifts, the frequencies you were born to embody. This is what you are being called to remember, to embody, and to live in your everyday life. Not one day, when things get easier. Now, in the middle of the fire.

If you feel called to walk this path with me directly, the doors are open. The Awakening Series — three sessions of recognition, activation, and integration — begins with a written invitation. Share where you are, what is moving, what is asking to be seen, and write to me:

I will read your words in stillness and respond within seven days. The work begins the moment your words arrive.

There is a moment — maybe you know it — when the noise of the world grows so loud that you forget who you are.

You forget that you are not just this body, this name, this story of struggle. You forget the spark that has been with you since your soul began its journey. Not because you lost it. Because somewhere, long ago, you fell into a deep amnesia.

This meditation is an invitation to wake up from that forgetting.

To close your eyes, place your hand on your heart, and remember — you are a divine being. You are a light beam that chose to come here, now, to bring your presence to this planet. You are not separate from God. You are God in action.

There is no guilt in having forgotten. The trap was real, and so is the remembering.

Right now, the energy on this planet is rising. Every soul is being touched by it. Your heart already holds the key — you only have to open it.

If this meditation moved something in you — if you feel the pull to go deeper into your own awakening, beyond what words or a single video can hold — I offer a space for that. The Awakening Series is three sessions, just you and me, for whoever feels called to walk this path more closely. You can reach out anytime at thelogicofgod13@gmail.com — I read every message myself, and you’ll hear back within seven days.

So be it.
