We are in a very special time here on Earth. The cosmic energies are rising, and with them, everything inside us that has been suppressed for years — sometimes for lifetimes — is coming to the surface. Old emotions, old traumas, old wounds. Not to break us, but to be released.

In this video, I share what I have learned as a 51-year-old emotional generator: how to regulate your emotions and your nervous system when the waves arise. Not by escaping them, not by numbing them, not by suppressing what wants to be seen — but by staying with what is here. Breathing into your heart. Welcoming the emotion. Letting the wave rise and fall, without making any decisions from within it.

Because everything you suppress will find its way to the surface anyway. The cosmic energies do not let us hide from ourselves anymore. And the way through is not around your shadows — it is through them.

Behind your inner fire lies your divine power. The soul energy that was given to you from divine source. The talents, the gifts, the frequencies you were born to embody. This is what you are being called to remember, to embody, and to live in your everyday life. Not one day, when things get easier. Now, in the middle of the fire.
