 Welcome to the King and I podcast. This podcast is all about Elvis Presley, The King, Big E. In our segment "Remember When" we reenact a time in the King's life, however we add our own crazy spin to the the story. It's a parody to let's not get All Shook Up. Keep in mind, we love the King, we are huge fans, so we are not hear to make fun of Elvis, just to have fun with Elvis.


In our next segment," Dear Elvis,". You can ask Big E anything you'd like, but just be prepared, be careful what you wish for.

In our segment " Smash or Pass" with the help of one of Elvis's friends, we will decide who's hot and who's not.



We will also do special guest interviews with friends of Elvis's, musicians, celebrities and fans. So if you'd like to be on our podcast, us email us.

    Holy Cow! In this episode of The King & I, Big E. meets legendary baseball announcer Harry Caray, and it doesn't go well at all for the king. Harry is a little confused about who Elvis is, the king loses his cool and nearly beats poor old Harry. The two make amends and become friendly as Elvis gets deeper into the Budweiser. Elvis shows off his karate skills by breaking a bat, shoots a little skeet, and gets generally abused by an inebriated Harry Caray. Don't miss this episode!

    Welcome to episode 4.

    This episode finds The King and a couple of his entourage heading to see Elvis's "dentist" for some pain relief. In the middle of the desert, E decides he wants to show off his ability to move clouds, but his colon is making everyone miserable. And, if that weren't bad enough, Elvis loses his cool when Robert Goulet comes on the radio, and Elvis's reaction makes the situation worse.

    In the "Dear Elvis" segment, E advises on making polk salad, how to make an authentic peanut butter and banana sandwich, and helps the wife of a businessman get over her "suspicious mind."

    The King & I welcome Joyce Bulifant to the show. Joyce is an amazing actress with a career spanning decades and a resume that includes roles on The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Gunsmoke, Bonanza, Perry Mason, and many more. She was a regular on the game shows Match Game and Hollywood Squares. And as if that isn't enough, she was in the classic comedy movie Airplane! She also authored the book My Four Hollywood Husbands.
    Joyce shares her memories of growing up when Elvis was beginning his rise to superstardom, dancing across the living room when his songs came on, and how his music still holds a special place in her heart.
    Joyce also discusses her chance meeting with Sammy Davis Jr. while having lunch with Bill Cosby, and how she taught Fred Astaire to do The Twist. Joyce then shares personal stories about her marriages and the toll alcoholism took on them and her personally.
