  • NFL COLTS CHAPLAIN GOES DEEP | From Locker Rooms to Living Rooms | Impact Made Off Stage | Ken Johnson
    2025/07/24

NFL Indianapolis Colts Chaplain, Ken Johnson, has inspired the Colts players, coaches and staff for over 30 years. Ken has been called a thermostat, because when he enters a room, he cranks it up a notch. Ken has great experiences as an athlete, a Chaplain, a former police officer, a military veteran, a husband & father, among other things.

While Ken has spoken for huge audiences and at thousands of events, he has learned over the years, that speaking from the stage has its limits. Ken has realized over time that if you want to truly and deeply impact a person's life that real and lasting impact is made off stage.

Ken has wisely withdrawn from speaking to masses and has focused on going deeper instead of broader. He's learned you become isolated from performance based ministry. It's when you slow down, give your attention to one or the few that beautiful relationships are built with a smaller amount of people. And making impact relationships takes time and effort.

Now Ken preaches the phrase "Dream Big. Start Small. Go Deep."

Listen as Ken shares great stories and testimonies with Brett and about how so many hidden and unseen people are the ones who make the biggest impact for good.

  • VISIONARY STORM | Be Vulnerable to Become Unshakable | Recognize Your Own Disfunction | Chad Brignac
    2025/06/13

Chad Brignac had a 3 decade career working on multi-million dollar projects in construction. He's led teams as big as 150 people. As a business owner, he's had a lot of success on professional projects, but he was a failure outside of work.

Chad was very unapproachable. Nobody from work wanted to be around him. He had strained family relationships. The worst part was, as bad as things got, Chad still didn't understand he was the primary cause of the dysfunction in his life. He was completely closed up, and he couldn't recognize his own faults.

Chad finally had a wake up call, and he finally became self-aware. He realized he needed to become vulnerable in order to have a pathway to success. Before, there was too much fear in Chad's life to be vulnerable, and he viewed vulnerability as a weakness. But after Chad had insight into who he was in Christ, chad was able to be broken down, so he could be built up, in the right way.

Now, instead of fear dictating Chad's life and causing destruction, his confidence in his identity in Christ has made him much more unshakeable. Not only has Chad's family life greatly improved as he's rebuilt great relationships with his children, but he's carried much of this into his purpose and calling in life and business.

Chad has written the book "Visionary Storm," where he helps business owners and leaders become more self-aware and vulnerable, so they can become better leaders and more fulfilled people. He teaches leaders the fruitfulness of maximizing influence and minimizing authority to have greater impact.

Listen to Brett and Chad discuss how to become better leaders at work and at home.

  • PEOPLE OVER PROFIT | Christian Beliefs vs Corporate Behavior | Owen Williams
    2025/02/12

Many times when a Christian gets a high-paying job or an elevated position they usually say, "God has blessed me." Which may be true. But what happens 6 months later when difficulties arise and hardships abound? Is it still considered a blessing?

Pain Points are actually more important than the money we're making. Pain Points help reveal what's really in our hearts. They help sharpen us, and we need to learn how to have the Biblical perspective of counting them all joy.

If you get passed over for a promotion, if your work goes unnoticed, how content are you? What are you focused on more, opportunities to share your faith where you're at, or the amount of money you will receive?

It's okay for Christians to want more, but we need to make sure we're demonstrating our faith in our business more than we're working to build our own kingdom.

Listen as Pastor Owen Williams shares about his experience in both the pulpit and the corporate world. He'll help navigate through the importance of right beliefs and mindsets that direct our personal and spiritual growth.
