Today I am delighted to be chatting to my friend and Empowerment coach Jay Mckeague.  In todays episode we started talking about overwhelm but slid into self care, the importance of the words we use and the benefits of coaching.

Here is an introduction....The Lego brick’s that build me.

Hey, I’m Jay father to an 11-year-old and partner to a magical woman. Over the last three to four years I've really broken myself down and fixed myself back up, just like Lego bricks, I have built myself as the man I wanted to be, rather than what other people expected me to be. By doing this. I've thrown away the rulebook and learnt just to be myself, to question everything I thought I knew and realised that they needed to be questioned again, to free myself from other people's lego bricks that have fallen in my box. Through this evolution, and stepping into the world of life coaching, I now empower people (5+ to adults) to live THEIR way of life (like #thejayway but their own version). I support them to put the puzzle together of their own lives, to open the treasure box inside of themselves, and to finally be who they truly are.
