  • 44. A Look Back at How to Have a Bad Day
    2024/02/16

Today we are taking a look back at episode 22: How to Have a Bad Day.

The past couple of months I have been riding an emotional roller coaster of great days and difficult days. I want to share this reminder of ways we can steady the coaster and embrace our bad days.

I don't know about you, but I really hate those bad days. But when we learn to recognize and process our emotions, we find that having a bad day doesn’t mean we should avoid our tasks or shirk our responsibilities. Instead, I propose simple adjustments, such as scaling down activities and giving ourselves permission to do less, yet remain committed to our tasks.

Reclaim all of your power by taking ownership over your emotions. In this episode, I reveal my own methods of handling such days, including setting a timer for introspection and even making my bad day known. I also touch on how to manage this in a professional setting, advocating for setting boundaries and making responsible choices that respect both ourselves and others. Remember, it's all about growing by degree, so listen in and learn how to transform those bad days into personal growth opportunities.
