  • Let’s Talk About … 2025: 25 Things I Learned This Year
    2025/12/31

“I can’t say that New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day are my favorite holidays. I actually think they are super overrated. But, it is an inspiring time as it feels like the world and people around you are motivated to start fresh and do better. And while I am not a big New Year’s Resolution person (because I just like to course correct as issues present themselves), I do like to reflect onthe previous year to see what I can take from it. This year I put together 25 things I learned in 2025. Unlike my birthday episode, these are all really things that presented themselves to me in the last year. Some lessons were tough, some were surprising, and some were affirming. But, I feel like they allare making me a better version of myself as I head into 2026. I hope you feel seen in some of what I chat about. And most of all, I hope you enjoy it!” – xo,Caitlin

  • Let’s Talk About … Joy: TikTok Helped Me Achieve a Christmas Miracle 20 Years in the Making
    2025/12/17

We can find joy in the biggest moments and smallest things in life. It is also a word used commonly around the holidays. There is such a focus on seeking joy through the activities we do, traditions we have, and people we spend our time with. Joy is celebratory. Much like hope, it is also active. In this episode, Caitlin goes through many renditions of the word joy – assessing all the places you can find it in your life. She talks about some recent motivation and encouragement she found in her work life. Caitlin also gives her listeners permission to understand that their joy might look different than other peoplein their lives. And, that is OK. People don’t have to always understand what makes you happy, but they do have to respect it. She ends the episode with a story that she classifies as a Christmas miracle. Things get a little weird in a good way. Hope you enjoy this episode. Send it to at least one friend to share with their families this holiday season!

  • Let’s Talk About … Hope: The Privilege and Responsibility to Want and Work For More
    2025/11/19

Aren’t we lucky to live in a world where we can hope for more, for better, for anything really? This question crossed Caitlin’s mind the week before recording this episode, and what betterplace than The Good Stuff to dive into it. Hope might first sound like a feeling you only rely on when you are out of options and feeling desperate. While that is sometimes the case, during this conversation, Caitlin talks about how active hope can be. She also gives you permission to hope when things are alreadygood. She recounts a few standout memories where she felt either the presence or lack of hope and what those mean to her. It’s a trip down memory lane in some ways and a guide for the future in others. Hope you enjoy!

  • Let’s Talk About … Guilt: Owning Your Mistakes and How to Make Those Moments Lessons Not Patterns
    2025/11/05

This episode is going to get you thinking. Caitlin talks about the word guilt, which also bleeds into the feelings of shame, remorse, and regret. She talks about two recent situationsthat inspired this topic. And although she doesn’t give specifics about the details of the event, she is very, very, very vulnerable about the feelings associated with them. Remember when she said she was going to start therapy? Yeah … that hasn’t happened yet, so this is definitely one of those episodesyou all probably feel like you could charge her for. She talks about how forgiveness relates to guilt, why she thinks that someone giving you their forgiveness doesn’t mean you are rid of guilt, and the importance of knowing the difference betweenmoments you are proud of and ones you don’t want to repeat. She also goes into a hypothetical situation involving your grandma and Mango Deck. It’s best not to ask and instead just listen. Enjoy!

  • Let’s Talk About … Growth: Just Because the Path is Lonely, Doesn’t Mean It’s the Wrong One
    2025/10/22

Your host Caitlin is taking a bit of a risk with this episode. Usually, she comes to you with what feels like an “answer” or a big takeaway. But, this time she is letting you in to the in-between phase. She is in a stage of growth and change in multiple areas of her life at the moment. So, she turned on the microphone to process her feelings with you all. Plenty of people talk about what it was like at point A or B, but not a lot of people detail how it feels on the journey between the two. That is growth. Growth can be painful and uncomfortable. In fact, sometimes it has to be. You are doing something new (or in a new way) for the first time. This episode talks about all these things and more. If you feel like you are in limbo with anything in life, this will help you feel like you’ve got a friend on the path with you. Enjoy!

  • Let’s Talk About … Self-Awareness: It Might be Time to Look in the Mirror
    2025/10/08

Have you ever looked at a repeat situation and thought to yourself, “Maybe I am the common denominator here?” This episode walks you through how to handle that feeling. Caitlin talks about the importance of self-awareness, when she realized it was time to do a real audit of her life, lessons she has learned in her professional and personal life by becoming more self-aware, and even divulges the things about herself that need the most work. Self-awareness helps your skills in conflict, but also in seeking confidence. What do you like about yourself that you are already doing? What do you not like that you can change? Being sure in the person that you are will help you navigate life’s most exciting, uncomfortable, and importantsituations. And it will also help you determine who in your life should stay and who you are not willing to change for. Looking in the mirror does expose our flaws, but in this case, knowledge is power.
