    Ryan explains why most golfers chase the wrong fixes (the “4-to-5” move) while ignoring what actually drives everything: setup, trail-side loading, and sequencing. You’ll hear how he uses resistance and “feeding the problem” drills (reactive neuromuscular training) to create instant, no-fluff feel—so your brain learns the motion faster than any swing thought ever could.

    They walk through common swing faults seen in everyday golfers—pressure in the toes, poor trail-hip rotation, “twisting” instead of loading, steep hand paths, and early extension—and the exact drills Ryan uses to clean them up. Then they go a level deeper: what changes when you’re already a good player, and why higher-level golfers often need more mobility and better shoulder/pelvis timing to match their speed.
