  • Ep. 33 It's So Good To Say Goodbye
    2026/06/24

Building on last week’s conversation about curiosity, discernment, and direction, this episode reflects on what happens after we know which direction is calling to us next in our lives. Often, the greatest challenge isn’t finding the path — it’s physically & energetically letting go of what’s keeping us tethered to the old one.

I reflect on the completion of this Lessons from Liberation series, and seven years of healing and transformation. This episode is about honoring the journey that brought you here, recognizing when a chapter has ended, and finding the courage to release what no longer fits so you can make room for what comes next.

This episode is about remembering: every goodbye creates space for a new hello.

    In this episode, I explore:

    • Why healing was never meant to be the destination • The importance of completing a chapter before beginning another • How struggle prepares us for transformation • The difference between grieving a loss and celebrating a release • What becomes possible when we fully choose our new life

    Journal with me:

    • What am I being called to say goodbye to? • Why am I ready to let it go? • What have I learned from this chapter of my life? • What do I love about releasing it? • What am I excited to welcome in its place?

  • Ep. 32 Curiosity + Discernment= Direction
    2026/06/17

In this episode, I explore how curiosity and discernment will guide us through uncertainty and help us find direction in a rapidly changing world.

Building on last week’s conversation about pausing in uncertainty and discomfort, this episode reflects on what becomes possible when we stop rushing toward answers and allow ourselves to become genuinely curious about what is emerging around us. I explore how discernment becomes the bridge between exploration and aligned action.

I reflect on my own experience as I explore the evolution of my content creation, a viral post about Jay-Z & capitalism, and what it taught me about the difference between attention and alignment. Along the way, I examine how curiosity helps us question systems, recognize patterns, and see possibilities that fear often keeps hidden.

This episode is about remembering: curiosity sets you in motion, discernment shows you which path is yours.

    In this episode, I explore:

    • Why fear limits our ability to see new possibilities • How nervous system regulation creates space for curiosity • Why we often rush to answers instead of sitting with questions • How curiosity challenges systems of control • Learning to trust what feels aligned instead of what gains the most attention

    Journal with me:

    • What possibilities exist in my life right now? • What am I curious about exploring? • What feels expansive, exciting, or energizing in my body? • What feels constricting, heavy, or out of alignment? • What direction is my curiosity and discernment pointing me toward?

  • Ep. 31 Pausing in Uncertainty & Discomfort
    2026/06/10

In this episode, I explore the power of pausing in uncertainty and discomfort — and how stillness can become one of the most transformative practices on the path of embodiment and manifesting a new life.

Building on last week’s conversation about moving from healing to embodiment, this episode reflects on what happens when we stop trying to force the next chapter of our lives and allow ourselves to fully experience the in-between.

I share my decision to step away from social media for a period of rest, what surfaced when I stopped distracting myself with constant doing, and how the pause revealed where I was being called to build greater capacity for the life I say I want.

    In this episode, I explore:

    • Why pausing can feel uncomfortable after years of healing, fixing, and striving • How uncertainty creates opportunities for growth and expansion • Building the capacity to hold what you are calling into your life • Learning to stay present in discomfort & grief instead of reaching for distractions or quick escapes

    Journal with me:

    • Where am I trying to force an outcome instead of allowing it to unfold? • What am I asking for that requires me to expand my capacity first? • What areas of my life are out of alignment with what I say I want? • What messages might be waiting for me if I paused and listened?
