    Equally as important, we talk about how she and some of her peers have adapted and how women and families can still get the support they need on their post-partum journeys.

    Doula Care - What every new parent needs and what we should all have access too in our fourth trimesters! In this episode, we hope to explain the role of a modern Irish Doula, in the hopes that it will encourage those listeners who are in any question about needing help, to reach out.


    These days, there are Doula's all over Ireland specialising in different areas of maternal care, for women & families going through at any stage or phase. However, over the course of this discussion we focus mainly on post-partum Doula Care and support in the 4th Trimester.
