    Hi everyone! In today's video I'm teaching you how weight loss works and why weight loss has nothing to do with how many calories you're eating. And if you're not losing weight on a caloric deficit is because you're making this huge weight loss mistake which is: being on a caloric deficit. Losing and gaining body fat has only to do with your hormones: insulin which is your fat storage hormone and leptin, which is your fat burning hormone. Nowadays 80% of women are insulin and leptin resistant and that creates dis-eases like PCOS, Hashimoto, hypothyroidism, insulin resistance and type 2-diabetes, obesity, cancer, inflammations and tumors. And also weight loss resistance. So today you're learning the 2 most important factors in losing weight which are getting rid of insulin resistance and healing your mindset. To get rid of insulin resistance the process is actually simple: you use a low carb lifestyle, you can even go on keto, eat carbs with the insulin management hacks, and then fix leptin resistance. But to heal your mindset, that's a whole other thing! Some people are doing everything correctly, yet they can't lose weight! And if they tell this to a doctor he or she will answer that they're not in a deficit, when in reality they are! Simply, they believe weight loss is hard, or that is harder to lose weight if you're in menopause, or one part of them is saying that they can lose weight, the other part is saying "nope, you can't b*tch!". And just going to a psychologist and do some journaling isn't going to help you at all!
