I started this podcast to give you what I wish I had a few years ago when I felt stuck, like I was checking all the boxes and getting nowhere in my life. I want to be that for you - someone in your corner believing that “yes, you fucking can”, reminding you there’s nothing wrong with you, and rooting for you to achieve whatever you decide success looks like for you.The F.I.E.R.C.E. • 100. From Survival Mode to Self-Care: Romanticizing Everyday Life
    2026/08/05

When most people think about self-care, they picture bubble baths, spa days, or taking a break. But what if self-care is actually much deeper than that? I define Romanticizing as a combination of self-care and mindfulness. It’s about being present, mindful, and grateful so that you can soak up all the good a moment has to offer.

In this episode, I continue exploring the concept of romanticizing your life and why it's become such an important part of my personal growth journey. I share how romanticizing isn't about perfection or aesthetics. It's about becoming more present, treating yourself with compassion, and creating meaningful rituals that remind you of your value.

We talk about the difference between surface-level self-care and the kind of self-care that truly nourishes your mind, body, and spirit. I also share why different seasons of life require different forms of self-care, how to let go of guilt when popular advice doesn't work for you, and how small consistent actions can create powerful transformation over time.

If you've been stuck in survival mode, feeling burned out, or wondering why traditional self-care isn't helping, this conversation may offer a new perspective.

    Key Takeaways:

    • Self-care is about nurturing yourself in ways that support your growth and well-being.

    • Different seasons of life require different forms of care.

    • You don't need to feel guilty if common self-care advice doesn't work for you.

    • Progress often happens long before you can see the results.

    • Romanticizing your life helps you become more present and intentional.

    • Small consistent actions can create meaningful change over time.

    • Rest and recovery are productive parts of personal growth.

Romanticize is about believing in yourself and giving yourself space to be creative and tap into your talents to have the impact you want to have.

  • Letting Go of Expectations: How Women Can Stop Living by "Shoulds"
    2026/07/29

Have you ever felt like you're doing everything you're supposed to do, yet somehow still feel behind?

In this episode, we're having an honest conversation about the pressure so many women carry every day. From childhood conditioning and societal expectations to comparison, perfectionism, and people-pleasing, we're unpacking the beliefs that quietly shape how we show up in our lives, businesses, relationships, and communities.

For many of us, the pressure starts early. We learn to be the "good girl," achieve more, take care of everyone else, and constantly prove our worth. Over time, those expectations can leave us feeling exhausted, disconnected from ourselves, and wondering why nothing ever feels like enough.

Together, we're exploring how to recognize these patterns, challenge the expectations that no longer serve us, and reconnect with what we actually want.

Because the truth is this: You don't have to build your life around expectations that were never yours to begin with.

This Episode Is For You If:

✓ You constantly feel pressure to do more, be more, or achieve more

✓ You struggle with comparison or feeling like you're behind in life

✓ You often prioritize everyone else's needs over your own

✓ You're tired of living by other people's expectations

✓ You're ready to reclaim your confidence and personal power

    Key Takeaway:

The life you're working so hard to create should actually belong to you. When you start questioning the expectations you've inherited, you create space to build a life that feels more aligned, fulfilling, and authentic.

  • 99. Stop Living on Autopilot: Design a Life You Actually Want
    2026/07/22

In this episode of the Fierce Framework Podcast, I'm continuing our conversation about the Romanticizing Framework and what it looks like to move beyond simply surviving and start intentionally creating a life you love.

Many of us spend years in survival mode. We're checking boxes, handling responsibilities, and doing what we need to do to get through the day. But eventually, there comes a point when we realize we want something more. We want space to think, dream, create, and intentionally choose the direction of our lives.

In this episode, I share why creating margin in your schedule is one of the most powerful things you can do for your mental and emotional well-being. We talk about stepping off autopilot, questioning inherited expectations, reducing overwhelm, and building the capacity needed to thrive instead of simply survive.

    Key Takeaways:

✨ You can't design your future when all your energy is spent surviving the present.

✨ Margin creates capacity, and capacity creates options.

✨ Doing less isn't laziness. It can be a strategic decision.

✨ You can build a life by design instead of by default. It's something you intentionally create.

✨ Taking care of yourself allows you to show up better for everyone around you.
