    Mac Lake has been a pioneering voice in the church planting movement for over two decades. In 1997, he planted Carolina Forest Community Church in Myrtle Beach, SC. He later served as the Leadership Development Pastor at Seacoast Church in Charleston for over six years. In 2010, Mac partnered with West Ridge Church to launch the LAUNCH Network, a church planting initiative later adopted by the North American Mission Board (NAMB) in 2015. Mac spent three years at NAMB, helping integrate the LAUNCH system into their broader church planting strategy.

    In 2019, Mac founded The Multiply Group, an organization dedicated to equipping leaders and churches to multiply disciples and ministries. He is the author of seven books, including The Multiplication Effect.

    Mac and his wife, Cindy, live in Charleston, SC. They are the proud parents of three adult children and the grandparents of six grandchildren.

    Brady Shearer is the founder and CEO of Pro Church Tools Inc., a media company dedicated to helping churches navigate the biggest communication shift in 500 years. He is also the creator of Nucleus, a church website platform, and SocialSermons, a service that repurposes sermon content for social media.

    Brady began his journey in digital ministry during his time at Bible college, where he was studying theology and youth ministry. In his second year, he took on the role of Media Director at a church plant, despite having little experience in media or communications. This opportunity sparked his passion for digital storytelling and church communications.

    Through Pro Church Tools, Brady has built a team of over 20 full-time creatives who produce resources, podcasts, and tools to support churches in enhancing their digital presence. Brady resides in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada, with his wife and two daughters.
