  • Meditation & Daily Routines for Mental Health

    Today I wanted to talk about simple routines that I do in my practice, that can inspire those who live a busy life, showcase how routines can help support mental health, daily rituals to attract inner peace, and overall just benefit your life. We discuss meditation, moving your body, and connecting with your kids and spouse. All so important. Mindfulness practices and meditation has been the first step, and I go through and describe how I meditate and give tips for how to bring it into your practice.

    I hope that by me sharing my daily routine, can spark your curiosity to how to make your daily routine work for YOU. Tailoring a process that benefits you, is filling your cup in a way that is NECCESSARY to balancing the mind, body, and spirit. You cannot fill others cup, if yours is empty.

    I want to emphasis (because I didn't mention it in the episode this morning) that you can change up your routine times that you do them due to life's unexpected changes, just do them DAILY. That's what really matters.
