    From the age of 12, Kirsty battled extreme fatigue and ill health, spending two of her teenage years bedbound before finally being diagnosed with ME at 19. What followed was a journey of deep healing - learning to listen to her body, rebuild trust within herself, and discover her own authenticity.

    Now, as an aligned and intuitive coach, Kirsty helps others reconnect with their own voice and inner power through breath and embodied communication.
