Dan Cleary is a very good friend, a fellow podcaster, and the host of Others From Another Mother. He’s also a close friend of Jeremy Corbell, a name many of you know well. Dan also just so happens to have one of the coolest jobs in the world, working as a guitar tech deep inside the music industry.

Welcome back to The Dreamland Motel.

In this first part of our deep dive, we explore one of the most quietly unsettling cases in the history of ufology: The Rendlesham Forest Incident.

Over the course of several nights in December 1980, strange lights appeared in the forests of Suffolk, England. U.S. military personnel stationed at RAF Woodbridge and RAF Bentwaters found themselves face-to-face with something that has never been explained, and for some of them, the encounter would follow them for the rest of their lives.

Tonight, we carefully walk through the testimonies of three men involved, Colonel Charles Halt, John Burroughs, and Jim Penniston. Tonight we attempt to piece together a story filled with conflicting accounts, missing time, classified files, and strange messages written in binary code.

This is Part 1 of the Rendlesham Forest story.
