• What Does Enough Actually Look Like?
    2026/09/01

The night I finally hit my sales goal, I couldn't sleep. There was a bit of excitement, but mostly I was already planning how to hit the next one. That's when the real question surfaced: it's not "am I doing enough?" but "what does enough actually look like?" That's what we're sitting with today.

    What You'll Learn

    • Why "enough" keeps moving out of reach
    • A reframe that changes everything
    • The uncomfortable (but freeing) question to ask yourself

    Your Next Shift

Pick just one area of your life; work, money, family, health, or a business you're building. Then ask yourself this question.

What would enough look like here, in this season of my life?

Feeling brave? Go one layer deeper. As yourself,

What would change if I actually allowed that to be enough?

Sit with your answers before moving on with your day. If it's helpful for you, journaling them can help the reflection go further.

  • What if You Succeed at the Wrong Thing?
    2026/08/25

What if the goal you're chasing right now was never actually yours? Suzanne shares how a lifetime of being "the achiever" led her to a hard question: what if the greatest risk isn't failing, it's succeeding at something that was never meant for you?

    What You'll Take Away

    • Why achievement can quietly become your identity instead of just something you do and how to tell the difference
    • The hidden ways we absorb someone else's definition of success (family, upbringing, social media) without ever choosing it ourselves
    • Permission to redefine what success means for you right now and why that definition is allowed to change more than once

    Go Deeper

Want to go deeper? If this idea resonates with you, I've gone deeper in this week's article. It's a closer look at what happens when we start questioning the version of success we've been taught to chase.

→ Read "Success Isn't Supposed to Feel Like Survival"

    Your Next Shift

Before you make your next move, sit with three questions (don't rush them; write them down if that helps):

    1. What is the goal I'm currently chasing?
    2. Who told me that this goal mattered?
    3. If nobody else were watching, would this still matter to me?
