Meet Christina Lord, founder of Authentic Action Coaching. At her core, Christina is deeply passionate about helping women reconnect with who they truly are.

Her favourite question to ask is: “Who were you before the world told you who to be?”

After years spent navigating fast-paced corporate environments, recovering from her own burnout, Christina realised she needed something entirely different.
