Meet Christina Lord, founder of Authentic Action Coaching. At her core, Christina is deeply passionate about helping women reconnect with who they truly are.

Her favourite question to ask is: “Who were you before the world told you who to be?”

After years spent navigating fast-paced corporate environments, recovering from her own burnout, Christina realised she needed something entirely different. She retrained in Energy Leadership Coaching while living in Arkansas, USA, before returning home to Sunderland to care for her Dad - a chapter of her life that deeply grounded her and redefined what truly matters.
