What happened on the cross? What does it mean for me? How should I respond? Beyond the sinful nature is a world system set up to resist God’s plans. It destroys the works of the devil, strips away his power and disarms powers and authorities. Drawing us to Jesus and His salvation, the cross removes the entire list of sins that He has forgiven, breaks down racial and national barriers making us one new people. The cross frees us from anything that prevents us celebrating our diversity.
