Actually, it's often the missing piece of the puzzle that allows people to see themselves and the issues and problems that affect their lives clearly. it is often the key to finding themselves, their path for healing and even their life's purpose.

    This is an introduction to my theory of understanding and healing codependency patterns. Codependency is a pattern of maladaptive and dysfunctional behaviors that dramatically affects people's lives at various levels: 1) their relationship with themselves, 2) their relationship with others, and 3) their ability to self-actualize (or reach their highest potential in life). As a psychotherapist, I have helped hundreds of clients  heal their lives radically by viewing their issues through the lens of codependency. It was what made all the difference in my life, as well. Through this podcast, I will begin to delineate my theory of codependency, which will help the listener come to know and love themselves radically, as well as to understand their purpose for being alive.

Most people have codependency issues, and until we start viewing our lives and problems from the perspective of codependency, true healing will evade us. This is because codependency healing is not just about getting pain and dysfunction out of our lives. That's just the beginning. Codependency healing is actually a profound journey that leads has to our highest selves and our best lives.
