A powerful new live-streaming experience is about to take center stage on The Transformation Network™ — and it will change the way you think about change itself. The Change Mastery Show with John J. Murphy and Dr. Pat® is more than a program — it's a soulful transmission, a wake-up call, and an invitation into a higher way of living.

What if change wasn’t something to fear, but the hidden path to your greatest strength? What if the chaos you feel is actually the birthplace of clarity? What if everything you thought was in your way... was actually the way?

In each live episode, John J. Murphy, bestselling author, spiritual guide, and leadership mentor, is joined by Dr. Pat Baccili, visionary host of The Dr. Pat Show and founder of The Transformation Network™, for a powerful conversation that bridges spirit and strategy, insight and action.

Together, they uncover the deeper dimensions of change — not as disruption, but as divine invitation. This is not motivational fluff. This is not about hustling harder. This is about courage — the kind that rises from the soul. It’s about unlearning old fear-based patterns and stepping fully into the flow of life, where authenticity, love, and faith replace resistance, ego, and doubt. Dr. Pat brings a dynamic, truth-telling energy to the co-hosting chair, drawing on decades of broadcasting, transformational coaching, and lived spiritual evolution. With her trademark blend of real talk and deep intuition, she meets John in a shared frequency of mastery — offering viewers the perfect mix of grounded challenge and cosmic possibility.

You’ll feel like they’re speaking directly to you. Because they are. Each episode is designed to challenge your assumptions, stir your spirit, and guide you toward answers you didn’t even know you were ready for. Are you tired of playing small while your soul longs for expansion? Are you standing at the edge of something unknown, wondering if you’ll rise or retreat? Have you ever sensed — even for a moment — that the pain, confusion, or breakdown you’re facing might actually be a breakthrough?

This is your invitation to cross that threshold. To enter the field beyond right and wrong. To remember who you really are, and what you’re here to become. The Change Mastery Show is here to awaken your knowing, reignite your power, and restore your trust in life’s deeper intelligence. Through raw truth, spiritual depth, powerful tools, and weekly "Blue Sky Moments," you’ll reconnect with what matters most: your truth, your purpose, and your peace. You’ll laugh. You’ll cry. You’ll reflect. And you’ll walk away stronger, clearer, and more connected to the part of you that knows you were made for more.

Whether you’re a leader at a crossroads, a seeker on the edge of awakening, or simply a human navigating the tides of change — this show is for you. Tune in. Reflect deeply. Transform profoundly. Watch. Feel. Evolve.Copyright John Murphy

  • The Opposite Direction
    2026/09/09
E.F. Schumacher once wrote “Any intelligent fool can make things bigger and more complex. It takes a touch of genius and a lot of courage to go in the opposite direction.”
In this episode, John will share insights on how valuable it is to challenge the status quo and “lean” things out in your life. When others are “adding,” stop and consider subtracting. Bigger is not necessarily better. Ask yourself, what can I delete? When others are pushing, try pulling. When others are making false claims and sharing biased opinions, lead with open questions and get the facts. Challenge assumptions, starting with your own. When others are criticizing and judging, practice contemplation and forgiveness. Be curious. Recognize there are two sides to every coin. When others are complicating the simple, learn to simplify the complex. Offer short answers to long questions. Indeed, this is true genius. While others may be speeding up and working harder, it might be best for you to slow down and work smarter. Seek to understand life’s counterintuitive options and misunderstood paradoxes. This is where true wisdom often lies dormant.
    You will discover:
    • Why “Pulling” is much more effective than “Pushing.” What does it mean to pull as a parent or leader? What are some practical ways to do this?
    • How to Avoid the “Closet Space Syndrome.” What is this syndrome and what are some strategies for reversing it?
    • What is the difference between Activity and Productivity? How do we know if what we are doing is truly productive?
    • What is Lean Thinking? Why is this mindset so valuable in business and in life?
    • What is a paradigm and why is it so important to challenge them. What are some of life’s most common paradoxes and counterintuitive solutions?

  • Defining Moments: The Decisions that Shape Your Future
    2026/08/12
Drawing from several of John’s 20 books, this episode will challenge viewers to identify “defining moments” in their lives and the impact they had on the internal story we tell ourselves. A defining moment can be positive or negative, productive or destructive. The key is in how we respond to them. Examples include losses of any kind. The loss of a loved one. A difficult divorce or break-up. An injury or illness. The loss of a job. Defining moments can also be positive. A new loving relationship. A significant promotion. A major award. A silver-lining. A blessing in disguise.
The internal story we tell ourselves and the beliefs we hold in mind have a major impact on the results we get in life. A sad story delivers more grief. A victim consciousness calls for more pain and suffering. The belief in scarcity robs us of abundance. The mind of a champion brings us more victories, despite occasional setbacks. We all have defining moments in our lives – like a fork in the road. Which way do we go? Up or down? Win or lose? Accelerate or decline?
In this episode of The Change Mastery Show, John will challenge you to rewrite the internal story you are telling yourself if it is holding you back in any way. He will also challenge you to create new, positive defining moments by stretching your imagination, letting go of resistance, and working through any fear holding you back.
    You will discover:
    • How to identify and leverage the “defining moments” in your life. What are some of the most pivotal and memorable experiences you have had that have a lasting impact on the choices you make today? What have you learned from them?
    • Your Internal Story: What do you believe you can and can’t do? What is preventing you from living the life of your dreams?
    • How to turn defeat into victory: What does it mean to “Play like a Champion?”

  • Habits Die Hard
    2026/07/08
Drawing from one of John’s 20 books, this episode will explore 10 steps to building successful habits. We are all creatures of habit, and if you make good habits, good habits will make you. This wisdom has been around since ancient times. Aristotle once said, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.”
The subconscious mind – the “habitual” mind – is over one-million times more powerful than the conscious mind. This means that we spend a substantial amount of our lifetime on “autopilot,” playing out the latent mental programs that govern our behavior. The subconscious mind is so vast and powerful that we do not even know what it is thinking or capable of. It truly runs our lives – whether we know it or not.
As creatures of habit, many people struggle with breaking habits. In this episode of The Change Mastery Show, John will help you through this very common, very challenging life experience by giving you ten steps to replace destructive habits with successful ones. If you have habits you intend to change, please join us and share this episode with others.
    You will discover:
    • How to exchange bad habits for good habits. What are some practical and useful steps for making this transition?
    • The Ten Steps: Where do I begin and how do I finish?
    • Maintain the Gain: How do I avoid falling back into old habits?
