  • The Merry Month of May introducing Hedgerow Self Care - The Alder

    Each day in May we will meet a plant that grows wild in the Cornish Hedgerows, and we will ask what it can teach us about care, resilience, and rootedness.

    Some plants will be about beginnings, others will be transformative and there will be those that signify endings.

    These are all part of the tapestry of our hedges and I feel blessed to be able to use my senses whilst walking amongst their spirits.


    Where possible I will add bonus material that introduces an associated poem or story that resonates with the plant of the day.
