Cawley is very upbeat as he knows the Bulls have some very exciting players in the squad who are adaptable, and he feels the quality will prove its worth in the months to come.

As a striker, he understands he has to be patient, but knows the goals will follow, and is delighted that his hard work is being highlighted, as it's the overall success of the team that counts.

Theo outlines how a goalkeeper can assist with the defensive organisation of a side that has been reduced to ten men - the type of challenge Hereford faced against Radcliffe.

They also discuss the magnification of goalkeeping errors, insisting that one mistake does not define you, and it's all about having a strong mentality to refocus.

The Bulls' shot-stopper believes the squad is much tighter as a unit this season, with a very positive approach. The players are young and hungry for success, with the new signings making the group even stronger. In fact, Theo is sure there is far more to come with players returning from injury.
