We are the future. So here on The Bloomology Effect show, we want women of color to feel seen, acknowledged, and we want their stories heard! We're celebrating Black women in tech and giving them the flowers they deserve! Bloomology is a first-of-its-kind talk show featuring intimate yet profound career conversations for career-ambitious women. We help Black and Brown women to advance their careers, receive raises and promotions on a higher scale, win their salary negotiations and gain larger compensation packages, build executive presences, and enhance their presentation skills. Bloomology is like an ERG (Employee Resource Group) meets at an intimate dinner party, where guests enjoy unique luxury experiences while getting the info they need to level up in their careers.     In this episode, we chatted with Natasha McMichael and gave her all the flowers she deserves. She's a 21-year veteran design leader in Tech and a trailblazing black woman in the industry. She is a mom, a history maker, and a smasher of glass ceilings.

    Natasha McMichael learned to face her fear and persevere in her pursuit to break into the tech industry. Through years of hard work, she was able to become a leader in the UX community and build her brand. She applied for the roles she wanted and reached out to recruiters directly, and was able to find success. She overcame imposter syndrome by using her resources and support system to soundboard her concerns. Despite the low diversity and inclusion the higher you climb on the career ladder in the industry, Natasha was able to navigate her way to career success.

    We are a premier career development platform where Black and Brown women in tech are seen, celebrated, and given the flowers they deserve. One table talk at a time, we are leading a movement to impact the future of work through luxury career conversations to help women master in-demand, job-ready skills. This a safe space where Black and Brown women can talk about their experiences and expertise without that feeling of being unheard, undervalued, gaslighted, or ignored.

     

    We are a social club made to hyper-accelerate the careers of ambitious women in the tech industry and provide economic mobility pathways and financial literacy training to Black and Brown women.
