• What If You Don't Need Another Person's Advice?
    2026/09/28

Have you ever asked so many people what they think that you eventually couldn't tell what you thought anymore?

There's nothing wrong with asking for advice. Other people can offer information, experience and perspectives we may not have considered.

But there's a difference between using someone else's perspective as information and treating it as authority.

In this episode, I'm talking about what happens when we keep looking outside ourselves for the answer—especially when what we're really looking for might be permission, reassurance or certainty.

Because sometimes we were actually clearer before we asked everyone else.

We'll talk about the difference between gathering useful information and outsourcing your decisions, why other people's advice is always filtered through their experiences and fears, and what self-trust looks like when no one can guarantee how your choice will turn out.

And I'll leave you with a question to ask the next time you're about to say, “What do you think I should do?”

What do I think I should do?

Hear your own answer before you add another voice to the room.

    Want to talk?

If something in your life is asking to change and you're having trouble hearing your own voice underneath everyone else's, let's have a conversation.

You don't need to know whether you want coaching. Tell me what's happening, where you feel stuck and what keeps pulling at you. We'll see what we notice.

  • You Know Something Has to Change. So Why Can't You Move?
    2026/09/21
You know something needs to change.

Maybe you even know exactly what you want.

So why do you keep second-guessing it, talking yourself out of it, or looking for someone else to tell you what to do?

In this episode, I’m talking about that uncomfortable space between knowing something needs to change and trusting yourself enough to move toward it.

We’ll look at why “I don’t know” doesn’t always mean you don’t know, how fear can disguise itself as confusion, and what happens when you ask so many other people what they think that you eventually lose touch with what you think.

Because the more voices you bring into the conversation, the harder it can become to hear your own.

I’ll also give you two questions to sit with:

What do I already know that I keep trying to unknow?

    And:

What story do I immediately tell myself about why I can’t trust that?

Because sometimes you don’t need another answer.

You need to trust yourself enough to hear the one that’s already yours.

If you’re listening and thinking, “This is exactly where I am,” let’s talk.

You don’t need to know whether you want coaching. Tell me what’s happening, where you feel stuck, and what keeps pulling at you. We’ll have a conversation and see what we notice.

  • The Mud Phase
    2026/04/27

You know what you need to do. You can even see it clearly. But moving toward it feels like walking through wet concrete.

    That's the mud phase.

In this episode, I'm coming back after a few months away — and I'm coming back honest. I'm in the mud phase right now, and instead of waiting until I'm through it to talk about it, I'm talking about it from inside it.

Because that's what this show is about.

We talk about what the mud phase actually feels like, why it's not a detour from your path but actually part of it, and what I've learned from being here more than once. And I leave you with a feeling and a permission slip — because sometimes that's exactly what we need.

If you're in the in-between right now, wondering when you're going to feel like yourself again — this one's for you.

    In this episode:

    • What the mud phase actually is and why you're not broken for being in it
    • Why this isn't my first time here — and what I've learned
    • The difference between waiting too long and catching it earlier
    • A permission slip for taking your next step from inside the mud

    2025/12/30

  • Inherited Stories — And the Ones We Refuse to Carry
    2025/12/23

We inherit far more than genetics. We inherit silence. We inherit shame. We inherit the patterns no one ever talked about — and they show up in our bodies, our relationships, our choices, and the way we see ourselves.

In this raw and revelatory episode, Michele shares the story behind her own lineage:
    • A grandmother who vanished
    • A mother who grew up in secrets
    • A family full of erased names, adoptions, and double identities
    • Violence and instability carried down through generations
    • Entire branches of relatives discovered only through DNA tests
    • And the moment Michele decided: “This ends with me.”

This episode isn’t just a story — it’s an initiation.
A reminder that you can honor your ancestry and disrupt the patterns that harmed you.
A reminder that you’re not broken — you’re carrying the emotional DNA of women who had to survive.
And a reminder that you get to choose what continues forward… and what stops with you.

If you’re ready to explore the lineage you’ve inherited — and reclaim the woman you were always meant to be — this conversation will shift something inside you.

    Topics Covered:
✓ What we inherit emotionally, somatically, and energetically
✓ The body as the archive of family secrets
✓ How unhealed generational trauma shapes identity
✓ The difference between honoring ancestors and repeating their patterns
✓ Why cycle-breakers feel “different” in their families
✓ How to begin rewriting the story you inherited

If this episode stirred something in you — a memory, a truth, a longing, a grief — you’re not alone.
