    Episode 8 – “Exercising for Old People” – Since the Albritton Brothers are all now...ahem...OLD, it seems appropriate that Lloyd and Phillip talk somewhat about the subject of exercising for the old timers. Avis contributes his part as his last co-hosting gig with The Albritton Letters. At least for a while. He’s headed back to his family in the Philippines. And it goes without saying, but we’ll say it anyway; they don’t solve any issues, they just discuss everything.
