  • Build Custom AI Social Personas in Claude
    2026/09/21

Generic prompts produce generic social posts, and the good ones you do write get stranded in a chat window you cannot find again. Loren Bartley fixed both with the same move: over 150 named skills inside one Claude project, handing work to each other until a week of posts lands in Agorapulse as drafts.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS

A skill carries your standards as well as your instructions, so the work runs to the same bar every time instead of drifting with whatever you typed that day.

A chat with no memory of your past positions will contradict you across a month of posts, and you will miss it because you did not write them.

Loren rewrites her old talks with a skill called Trini before they enter her knowledge folder, so her ums and tangents never become source material.

Constance plans the quarter, Edison plans the week, Connie assigns the batch, and each one saves its output for the next cycle to read.

Naming 150 skills after their jobs turns the list into a retrieval system, which is how Audrey Ads Auditor gets found.

Agatha checks the approved rows before staging them and caught Loren attaching a still image to a post briefed as video.

    CHAPTERS

00:00 Why another post stopped feeling like a chore

00:52 The two bottlenecks that had nothing to do with writing

02:17 Why a fresh chat every time produces contradictions

03:41 What a skill holds that a saved prompt does not

06:22 Inside the Content Accelerator project and its knowledge files

08:12 Trini rewrites her old talks before they enter the knowledge base

09:29 Constance builds the quarterly content reference guide

11:38 Edison turns the strategy into a weekly cycle brief

15:09 Naming 150 skills so she can find the right one

16:22 Connie assigns the batch to Caprice, Vivian and Hugo

17:51 Hubert's Notion hub replaces posts buried in chats

21:13 Agatha stages the approved rows into Agorapulse

26:22 What Loren does with the time she got back

    28:04 Where to get Edison

Loren shares her screen for most of this session, so the video is worth a look on YouTube.

  • How to Convert Skeptics to Buyers Using AI
    2026/09/14

Most social content gets built from random topics or from pillars that name subjects rather than objections, which earns engagement and no sales. Molly Mahoney maps the seven beliefs a buyer has to accept first, then turns one belief into a week of posts.

The seven belief categories are why me, why this, why you, why now, why not, why stay, and why worse.

Why stay is the category subscription products and memberships depend on, because the customer decides again every month.

Molly typed 9/11 into the why-now prompt on purpose and got a holiday-overwhelm line she called tacky and disrespectful. A human still decides which dates carry weight.

Her earlier version wrote a month of content at once and none of it got used, so this one caps the output at five posts from one belief.

A finished batch exports as a CSV and merges with the Agorapulse bulk upload template, so a week queues without retyping.

One client, a Toastmasters speaker who had only sold to friends and family, sold a $6,000 AI assessment and setup to a stranger after publishing against these beliefs.

  • How to Mine 85 Subreddits for AI Content
    2026/09/07

Most social teams brainstorm content ideas from memory or a generic AI prompt, then wonder why nothing sounds different from a competitor's post. Christopher Penn, Chief Data Scientist at TrustInsights.ai, pulls real audience questions straight out of Reddit and turns them into a ranked list of 100 video topics.

    In this episode:

    • A model on par with Claude Sonnet 5 can run for about 1/40th the cost through a smart-and-cheap provider pick.

    • Reddit's questions, not its answers, make the safest source material, with a human still filtering trolls and skipping competitor mentions.

    • One Gemini Notebook prompt turns a raw Reddit export into 100 ranked questions.

    • Recording on an iPhone in a kitchen can beat a polished studio setup on platforms downranking synthetic-looking video.

    • Turning on YouTube's third-party training permission gets a creator's expertise cited by AI agents.

  • Claude Design Content Calendar: Ditch the Spreadsheet for Good
    2026/09/07

Claudia Sandino spent up to a month building one content calendar in Google Sheets, then sent her boss four separate folder links so he could approve a single post. In this session she rebuilds that calendar as an interactive hub in Claude Design, edits it by talking to it, and says plainly where the tool still falls short.

    What you'll take away

    • Load your design system first: logo, fonts, colors, nothing more.

    • Her calendar prompt, with dropdowns per platform and ownership tabs.

    • Moving a week of posts to next month takes one sentence.

    • No multi-person editing yet, so she hands off to Canva through MCP.

    • Raw and unbranded, it invents data, so she reads every cell and checks the dates.

    • She built a reels production tracker with the time she got back.

    Chapters

00:00 Why spreadsheets stall social approvals

02:36 Load the design system before you prompt

03:11 Why the perfect prompt matters less than experience

03:52 The calendar prompt she typed

06:46 Brief in Claude, or go straight to Design?

09:00 The second pass on a clunky first draft

09:53 A month of building against one conversation

    11:00 Why 80% of a post happens off-platform

11:50 Sharing it with a boss

12:41 Moving a full week with one sentence

13:36 The approval chain that cost four clicks

14:56 The limitations and her review pass

16:25 An Agorapulse data dump as a visual report

  • Moving Past the Novelty: The Step-by-Step Brand Animation Playbook
    2026/09/07

Most AI video demos stop a scroll and then go nowhere. Jeff Sieh built a 40-second animated show open in one Saturday, and on this episode he walks through every tool in the chain that got him there.

    What you'll learn

    • Why Jeff writes the song in Suno first and cuts the storyboard to the finished audio

    • How he pulls the SRT file out of Descript so Claude can time the shots to the music

    • Why he attaches character reference sheets to every prompt and starts a fresh chat each time

    • What a start frame and an end frame do, and why you cannot render from an end frame alone

    • What it costs: roughly $100 in Magnific credits for both animations in a single pass

    • How arguing with Claude produced a custom After Effects rig instead of a working answer

  • AI Social Listening: Find the Buyer Objections in Your Comments
    2026/09/07

Your listening tool counts mentions and stops there, so a month of comments arrives as a pile nobody has time to read. Brooke Sellas, CEO of B Squared Media, shares her screen and runs 1,902 of them through Claude to find the complaints that are actually costing the brand money.

    What you will take away

    • A negative sentiment score cannot tell a pricing objection from a shipping delay or a rude support reply.

    • Claude trimmed 1,902 incoming messages to 1,829 real conversations by stripping spam unprompted.

    • The biggest theme, odor at 249 mentions, split 49% positive against 40% negative, so it is a coin flip.

    • Ranking by one-sidedness lifted dust to second on 66 negative mentions, since 55% of dust mentions are negative.

    • The discount double-check makes Claude show verbatim comments and row locations alongside its summary.

    • The FAQ pass returned a ranked question list matched to formats, including a competitor comparison page.

    Chapters

00:00 Manual listening reports miss the real questions

00:51 Social listening by hand, one spreadsheet row at a time

02:21 Why a negative score hides four different problems

03:26 Conversation is home turf for a language model

05:07 Pulling one month of conversations out of your inbox

06:09 The context block that goes in before the instruction

07:45 What counts as a meaningful sample

09:08 1,902 messages in, 1,829 after the spam is gone

09:50 The biggest theme is a coin flip

11:05 Start with the objections, not the 82% praise

12:19 Ranking by one-sidedness instead of theme size

    14:17 The discount double-check

15:29 Put the citation request in the first prompt

16:02 The what we heard loop with clients
