Devin Morrisette is back on the 207 Collective Podcast almost two years after we first sat down.
The last time Devin was on the show, he was working full-time while grinding away building Fix A View on the side. Window cleaning, gutters, solar panels whatever the customer needed, Devin was willing to get after it.
Fast forward two years and he’s taken the leap. Fix A View is now his full-time gig. No shortcut, no overnight success just showing up, doing good work, communicating with people, and building it one customer at a time.
And because apparently one business wasn’t enough, Devin has also started Light Your View, specializing in permanent outdoor lighting and taking the headache out of holiday lights hanging them, maintaining them, and taking them down when the season is over.
We talk about what’s changed, what he’s learned, the reality of turning a side hustle into a full-time business, and why Devin believes that if you keep showing up and doing things the right way, eventually people notice.

Jake Crosby is a 30-year-old life enthusiast from Maine who started fixing and flipping homes and now runs a real estate portfolio and 4 local companies with family and friends.

Just a couple years ago he was overweight and unhealthy and now he runs 100-mile ultra marathons. He failed his first attempt at 88 miles, then came back and finished top 10 at Pineland Farms this past May — 102 miles in 29 hours 33 minutes. For him, running taught him how to settle into life in a way that was different than anything before.

He lives in Lebanon, Maine with Heather — his high school sweetheart — and their one-eyed dog Bailey. They love to travel, enjoy the outdoors, and spend time with loved ones. He’s starting to document how he lives day to day — real health, real business, real relationships, and real freedom — what he calls Life By Design. Mike Magri is the owner of 4th Gen Barbershop in Sanford, Maine, but barbering for Mike is much more than a business—it’s a family tradition that goes back four generations.
With his roots tracing back to Sicily, Mike carries on a craft that has been passed down through his family, bringing generations of barbering tradition into a modern-day Sanford barbershop.
One of the things that makes 4th Gen unique is the people behind the chairs. Mike gives his barbers the freedom to be themselves, develop their own style, and bring their individual personalities and talents to the shop. The result is a crew with a mix of different barbering styles and personalities, giving customers a place where they can find something that fits them.

Jerry’s Market has also added an agency liquor store, bringing even more to the local community.

Dennis Boothby is a retired industrial work leader, Thornton Academy Class of 1974 graduate, and dedicated volunteer metal detector specialist from Maine. After studying at the University of Southern Maine and completing a remarkable 26-year career at Nichols Portland, LLC—with an incredible record of perfect attendance—Dennis turned a lifelong hobby into a mission of helping others.
As a member of The Ring Finders of Maine, Dennis has recovered and returned more than 250 lost rings over the past three years. Using his own equipment, he searches Maine's beaches and parks, including Ogunquit, Old Orchard Beach, and York's Short Sands Beach, reuniting people with treasured family heirlooms they thought were gone forever.
One of his most unforgettable recoveries was an 18K gold chain, jade Buddha pendant, and gold heart pendant that had been buried for an astonishing 18 years before being returned to its owner.
An amputee who has experienced the generosity of others firsthand, Dennis sees every recovery as an opportunity to give back. He volunteers his time, asking only for a small transportation fee to help cover gas and tolls. Whether it's finding a lost wedding ring in just 20 seconds or returning a cherished keepsake nearly two decades later, Dennis has transformed a hobby he began in 2001 into a source of hope, joy, and unforgettable reunions across Maine.
