"Therefore if any man be in Christ he is a new creature: old things are passed away, behold all things are become new" 2 For 5:17 KJV. Being delivered out of the old nature means that every person is new. Becoming the 'new' is key to living out the new creation life, however this 'newness' has to be learned. in order to come into this 'newness' we have to bear a nature that is different from the nature that we were born with.
