  • 78. 21 Years with Sarcoidosis- And I still Built a Beautiful Life
    2026/05/03

For 21 years, I’ve been living with something that was only ever labeled as “maybe.”

    Maybe it’s this.
    Maybe it’s that.
Maybe we’ll figure it out later.

And in the meantime… I lived through flare-ups, exhaustion, swelling, and months of feeling completely off — without clear answers.

In today’s episode, I’m sharing the real story behind living with sarcoidosis — what it is, how it’s affected my life, and most importantly…

How it never stopped me from building a life I love.

    • What sarcoidosis actually is (in simple terms)
    • Why it took 21 years to be taken seriously
    • The reality of living with flare-ups and uncertainty
    • What I’ve accomplished while navigating this condition
    • Running marathons, hiking mountains, and building my business
    • The mindset that kept me going — even when my body didn’t feel right
    • Why you don’t need perfect health to live a beautiful life
    • Your diagnosis does NOT define your future
    • You don’t need all the answers to start living your life
    • You can be strong and struggling at the same time
    • Slowing down doesn’t mean giving up
    • Your body may change — but your purpose doesn’t have to

If you’re dealing with sarcoidosis, an autoimmune condition, or you feel like your body is not being understood…

    You are not behind.
    You are not broken.
And your life is not over.

You are still capable of building something beautiful.

    2026/04/27

Episode 77: This Should’ve Been Caught 21 Years Ago

In this deeply personal episode, Lindsay opens up about the past two weeks of intense health challenges—and how they connect to symptoms she’s experienced for over two decades.

From swelling, exhaustion, and emotional overwhelm… to deeper concerns around kidney function, protein loss, and inflammation—this episode dives into what it feels like when your body forces you to finally pay attention.

Lindsay reflects on years of unexplained symptoms including hair loss, skin changes, swelling, and autoimmune-related struggles that were treated as isolated issues instead of being connected.

Now, with sarcoidosis back in the picture, everything is starting to make sense.

This episode is a raw conversation about:

    • Listening to your body when something feels off
    • The frustration of delayed or missed diagnoses
    • How chronic stress and pushing through can catch up to you
    • The importance of advocating for your health
    • Letting go of “what if” and focusing on healing now

If you’ve ever felt dismissed, unheard, or confused about your health—this episode is for you.

    Key Takeaway:
Your body is not working against you. It’s trying to get your attention.

  • 73. From Not Chosen to Unavailable
    2026/03/30

🎙️ Episode 73: From Not Chosen to Unavailable

    This one is real.

I went back and read my journals from 2020/2021… and I didn’t recognize that version of me.

    The version that felt:

    Not chosen

    Not enough

    Stuck in anxious attachment

    Constantly overthinking everything

In this episode, I open up about the cycle I couldn’t break — saying I was done… but never actually being done.

    “I wasn’t done… I was just exhausted.”

    🧠 What Changed

Everything shifted when I learned about Attachment Theory

    I realized:

    I wasn’t broken

    I was patterned

I was operating from unhealed trauma

If it shaped you — it matters.

    🔥 The Shift

    I stopped asking:

    “Why don’t they choose me?”

    And started asking:

    “Why am I choosing this?”

    Now?

    I don’t chase

    I don’t sit in confusion

    I choose myself

  • Episode 71: Rest, Reset, Refocus — The Power of Stepping Back
    2026/03/16

There’s a lie we’ve been taught for years:

That if we stop, we’re falling behind.

    But the truth?

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause.

In this episode, Lindsay talks about the importance of rest, resetting your energy, and refocusing your direction when life feels overwhelming, chaotic, or out of alignment.

Whether you’re feeling burned out, stuck in a cycle, or pushing yourself to exhaustion trying to make something work — this episode is your reminder that stepping back isn’t quitting. It’s strategy.

Lindsay shares her own experiences navigating stress, rebuilding energy, and learning that clarity often comes when we slow down instead of forcing momentum.

    Rest isn’t weakness.

    Resetting isn’t failure.

Refocusing is how you take your power back.

    In This Episode We Cover

Why constant hustle can actually keep you stuck

How burnout blocks creativity, clarity, and growth

The difference between quitting and consciously resetting

How stepping back helps you see what is actually aligned for you

Using the Power Back Method to shift your mindset and direction

The Rest → Reset → Refocus Framework

    Rest

Your body and mind need space to recover. When you slow down, your nervous system regulates and your clarity returns.

    Reset

Once you pause, you can evaluate what’s working and what isn’t. This is where real awareness happens.

    Refocus

After you reset, you move forward with intention. Not from panic or pressure, but from alignment.

    A Reminder for You

    You are not behind.

    You are not failing.

You might simply need a moment to breathe and recalibrate.

The version of you that builds the life you want isn’t the one who runs themselves into the ground — it’s the one who knows when to pause, regroup, and move forward with purpose.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is nothing at all.

And that’s where your power returns.
