Trans|Form is an intimate look at trans life in the 21st century. Hosted by model/activist/ filmmaker Neely Coe.

Trans|Form takes a light-hearted approach to living a transformed life from the perspective of those who are born to transform. Neely is a trans-woman who has come through the battles of her life to emerge joyful, connected, and ready to share with the world.

Neely Coe has over a decade of documentary experience, including her work on the critically acclaimed documentary The Resurrection of Jake the Snake on Netflix.

Through her uniquely playful, engaging, and disarming style, Neely creates a safe space for understanding. Her affinity for creating connection and community with everyone and everything she meets will spread joy and offer us a rarely seen perspective of trans life.

Our intention is to open a window into an often misunderstood community, and create a bridge of love, joy, and acceptance between the trans community and the cis world. When we are connected, we are powerful, and we spread healing.

The Co-Host of Trans|Form is Hank Jacobs.  He is the father of a trans child and is an independent producer and screenwriter who has made the web series Loser, a feature "The Curse of El Segundo", many shorts and music videos.
