Amazing people bonjour! Welcome back on the podcast « Today is a good day to » that is becoming for this year a special high performance podcast called « this month is a good month to » ! In this new format, I am taking you every month on an exclusive journey behind the scenes of my preparation towards Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

My name is Lucie Ehrmann I’m 26 years old, I’m a field hockey goalkeeper playing for the french senior women national team and for the dutch club called Den Bosch.

What's this podcast format ? Every month I’m sharing with you 3 key questions, key topics related with events that happened to me or around me during the month prior. During each episode I’m sharing with you mindset tips & personal thoughts that I’m personally using when I’m facing difficult situations, and to share them with you the most relatable way possible in order for you to apply it in your own daily life.

The only goal I have sharing tips with you, it is to give you different mindset tools you can practice, (thus, yes, mindset is a practice) in order for you to navigate your daily life A BIT BETTER. That's it! So if that sounds appealing to you, join our tribe and tune in any episode you want!
