Join us as WE come together to see the issues and the needs of today’s HEROES, our veterans and first responders. WE will discuss the solutions and see the organizations that are boots on the ground as WE combat the silent, invisible and deadly enemies our HEROES are facing. WE are a grassroots, nonpartisan, nonprofit acting in the Mission to honor, empower and support those who have served. WE are the shock and awe in combating the silent, invisible and deadly enemies of our daily heroes, the First Responders and Veterans. Our goals come on many levels and forms as WE are raising awareness to those who do not know, WE are providing resources to those in need and WE provide the opportunities to those who are still interested in serving and/or have not had or taken the chance to serve before. WE are the beacon of hope for many to change their world through recalibration and rehabilitation. Our goals are to get our HEROES back into their families and communities. Happy Heroes create happy communities.2025 マネジメント マネジメント・リーダーシップ 社会科学 経済学

Tonight, Army veteran Chris Cilento will share with us about Ravenworks Studios and using the mode of art as a therapeutic tool with others. Chris has been working on some amazing items, and the DAV is now recognizing him for some of his healing kind of art, which is exactly what his mission is. He has spent a lot of time researching and shooting these amazing pictures, but he has times when he is in need of the action and therapy that taking these pictures brings. One of the biggest hurdles in building this as a therapy is funding, believe it or not … He could do so much more for the veteran community with some funding for the cause. Southern Rock and Southern Grunge music that also falls into Red Dirt music style is what Josh Moore and the band, August Lows shares with us tonight. They have this interesting name, and it pertains to the time of year when the river near him is low, and how he was having a low time in his life. He is trying very hard to bring back the local band and the freedom to be accepted for their own style, and not be a cookie cutter music artist. The first song Josh shares is Old Man. He was sure to share that it is one of the songs he has that talks about what is brought back from war, and that whole 22-a-day thing … you know, the invisible and deadly enemy. Not always so easy to deal with. The next song we played is called Want It To, and that was inspired by how we know that we are not always the best we cna be, but we want to try to be. He was raised on grunge, but also had some Axle Rose and other influences and we think he has done well coming through with all that background into his own style. The last song is The Devil Wants Me, and it is a song that has had a lot of thought, but has come through his friend who has been by his side through the challenges of losing some fingers, and Jacob Milton - this is his song! This is for sure not one of those cookie cutter versions!!! We have Mr. Robert Heckler with us on this episode. Robert shares about his mission with The Warrior’s Refuge, out of West Columbia, TX. They are a 501c3 Nonprofit ministry serving our nation’s homeless veterans by providing them with transitional housing and many resources to help end homelessness in their lives. Through housing, case management, counseling, training, and employment resources, our Veterans have the tools they need to succeed. The mission is to end Veteran Homelessness in Texas and ultimately throughout America. The belief is that since our veterans fought for us, it is our turn to fight for them. They do this by providing shelter, transitional living, case management, counseling, and vocational training, along with job placement. They have brought people in from all over the state of Texas and from several other states. The goal is to help the men and women who fought for us, have a place to push the restart button on life https://thewarriorsrefuge.us/ https://www.facebook.com/thewarriorsrefugetx The music for this episode was brought to us by Mr. Jeff Canada, hailing from the great state of Texas. https://open.spotify.com/artist/5wbr7AGbgW36quR6G513cW Jeff believes in real music for real people. He wants to make music that reaches people who may be struggling. The first song of the night was Monsters. This was a song written from a very dark place. It wasn’t written about suicide, but it was written about a recurring dream that sometimes made him not want to go to sleep at night. The feedback from this song was relatable to people who had dealt with suicide in their lives. The video is very much about mental health and suicide. His next song was called High Horse. This was sort of a dis track. It’s an upbeat and fun song. The final song of the night was called Rain. This song is about learning to live in the here and now. Yesterday is dead and gone, tomorrow hasn’t happened yet, so focus on the present. • THE PEOPLE'S PATRIOT PROJECT - We Got Your 6@6: Inspiration and Passion
    2025/06/27
We had Louis Stockley on this episode. He was here to introduce us to his mission, Before 22 A Day. Louis is a driven person, and he has become a coach working with small groups to help them identify and address what is not working for them. The name "Before 22" is as significant as its meaning. Being there for them and helping them through the moment, but also being there to listen and work is the key. Inspiration for Louis has been the mentors he has had since he got out. Louis would like to launch the next retreat with 20 guys and have them be successful through this event. One of the biggest things the group would like to see transitional protocol - #1 everyone could get an MOS to help them over a longer period so they are ready when they are out, and #2 what if the VA could directly send people to the group as they are getting out and sent into the world. The music was brought by Scott D Taylor! He has been here before, and he was amazing as he shared his music live. Scott finds solace and comfort in music, and this is what he determined he would do when he retired from the Army. Scott is working on some of his own music, and we will be waiting to hear more from him as we go! The first song he shares, Dead Wrong, was written by him but for someone else - you listen and enjoy the bluesy sound flowing through the chords. There is a piece that reflects on how hard it is to find where you fit in after your service, and it is hard! He found that person, but it was still not easy, and it took some motivation to get that going. The second song Scott shares is called Ghost - its about a heartache and though he does not know what inspired it, he wrote it and created the chords for it :) Wreaths Across America – https://www.facebook.com/share/129xDbNmPTJ/?mibextid=WC7FNe WeP3 RADIO — WE are the leading music station featuring music created, written, produced and sung by those who have served their country and communities!!! https://live365.com/station/WeP3-RADIO-a51414 Next Week's Guests: 29 June 2025 Robert Heckler Jeff Canada
