Our host, JP, chats with Christine Fulton MBE regards the start of the Scottish Police Memorial Trust following the tragic event that took her beloved husband, Lewis Fulton, 28years, on 17th June 1994.
Christine discusses how the events unfolded and how she reacted to unfathomable news and how she was supported through the process.
She discusses the aftermath once the event and subsequent court dates ended and how this affected her and her family, moving onto how she and other officers created the trust to honour those fallen.
Christine goes onto explain how Lewis' son, Luke, is on the frontline too and also how he works, in the background, for the trust too and how much he is like his father and is sometimes recognised by officers as PC Lewis Fulton's Son.
A beautiful episode to mark the start of the In Memoriam Podcast series and certainly will not be the last we have Christine involved in TBLR.
