I'm a youth counselor with 10 years experience, so I know a bit about therapeutic intervention. I'm only an expert in my own journey with SEVERE depression looming, but I have learned and grown so much! I want to share what I have gathered the last 16 years through this podcast! Throughout my travels of creating this podcast, the material will change to suit our needs. Have a question? Truedreamer36@gmail.com.
