How to structure a training session?

A question I get asked a lot. So here's me explaining where it came from, what it means to me.

Especially for those of you who are wanting to be more athletic, balancing gym work with running as well as build a respectable physique. It's gonna take a better approach than training like a body builder.

Push/pull/legs isn't the best option, body part splits aren't the best options. Managing your neural load is important within sessions to:

1. Get the most out of each exercise.
2. Reduce injury risk.
3. Structure your week so you're not absolutely done in from your training.
