このコンテンツについて

The word "should" often means you're either not going to do the thing, or you'll do it out of guilt or obligation — not true desire.

It carries judgment: You’re not enough, not doing enough, or doing the wrong thing.
“Should” usually points to something out of alignment with your authentic self.

“Do or do not. There is no should.”

Swap should for empowered choices:

  • Instead of “I should work out”“I choose to rest today.”

  • Instead of “I should be further along”“I’m on my path, in my time.”

Notice your “shoulds,” get curious, and choose from alignment — not obligation 💛
