I'm making this podcast to talk about my story of my mental health and to help others out with not giving advice or giving professional help but to give a peace of mind that we are ALL "Still Here" and to give an ear to lend when someone needs it. I want to help others not be alone and not be silent.     Mom guilt is something so many of us carry - quietly, heavily and often alone. In this episode of Still Here, we gently explore what mom guilt really is, where it comes from and how it often shows up in our day-to-day lives. We talk about the unrealistic expectations placed on mothers, the pressure to always be everything to everyone and the internalized belief that doing something for yourself means you’re falling short.


    Together, we’ll challenge the narrative that says you’re not doing enough and begin to reclaim the truth: that you’re worthy of rest, joy and self-compassion - just as you are.
