  • NFL Futures Bets With CJ Sullivan: Awards, Props & Division Picks | Stephie Smalls Show (Ep 241)
    2026/05/28

Stephie Smalls is joined by CJ Sullivan, standup comedian and betting expert from SGPN podcast Bottom Line Bombs, for a full NFL futures betting episode covering awards markets, division bets, player props, longshots, and offseason storylines across the league.

The episode starts with Ask Smalls Anything talk, Cowboys fans being Cowboys fans, and the return of NFL futures season. Stephie and CJ discuss the New York Giants, Malik Nabers’ injury timeline, Nabers’ Comeback Player of the Year odds, Odell Beckham Jr. as a potential longshot, and the general powder keg energy around Jackson Dart, Abdul Carter, and the Giants locker room.

CJ gives out Tua Tagovailoa as a Comeback Player of the Year value play, connecting the bet to Atlanta, Michael Penix, Bijan Robinson, Drake London, Kyle Pitts, and the NFC South. Stephie then gets into Kansas City Chiefs futures, Patrick Mahomes award angles, Kenneth Walker’s impact, and a suspicious Mahomes ACL conspiracy theory involving Gardner Minshew.

They also break down Jacob Rodriguez as a Defensive Rookie of the Year longshot for the Miami Dolphins, Christian Watson receiving yards over for the Green Bay Packers, Calvin Ridley receiving yards under, Cam Ward and the Tennessee Titans, Carson Beck Offensive Rookie of the Year value, Jacoby Brissett’s contract situation, and Arizona’s weapons like Marvin Harrison Jr., Michael Wilson, Trey McBride, and Julian Love.

Later, Stephie and CJ hit Baltimore Ravens division odds, Lamar Jackson, Derrick Henry, Joe Burrow, the Cincinnati Bengals, Aaron Rodgers, the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Cleveland Browns, NFC East finishing-order bets involving the Giants, Cowboys, Eagles, and Commanders, Abdul Carter Defensive Player of the Year odds, Brian Burns, Dexter Lawrence, Patriots playoff regression, Mike Vrabel, the Bills, Bears, Lions, Jaguars, Chiefs, Seahawks, Sam Darnold, Kenneth Walker, and more.

  • PGA Best Bets So Good They Should Be Illegal with Danny Burke | Stephie Smalls Show (Ep 240)
    2026/05/26

Stephie Smalls is back for Golf Tuesday on the Stephie Smalls Show, joined by Danny Burke from Betting News for a full Charles Schwab Challenge betting preview. Danny enters the show hot after hitting Wyndham Clark at 61 to 1, so naturally everyone is being extremely normal and responsible about chasing another golf winner. Very chill. Very adult.

Stephie and Danny break down what matters most at Colonial, including accuracy off the tee, good drive percentage, mid-iron play, bentgrass putting, bogey avoidance, and why this course rewards golfers who can survive a positional, par 70 setup instead of just smashing driver like they’re mad at their dad.

The episode starts with a Wyndham Clark recap and a look at how the Scottie Scheffler tax affected last week’s odds before moving into this week’s best bets. The crew discusses Rickie Fowler as a top 30, top 20, and outright option, plus Alex Smalley, Michael Kim, Keith Mitchell, Pearson Coody, Akshay Bhatia, Christian Bezuidenhout, Tony Finau, Sam Ryder, Hideki Matsuyama, Austin Eckroat, Ryo Hisatsune, Keegan Bradley, Victor Perez, Corey Conners, and Collin Morikawa.

Danny gives out several outright and placement bets, including Bhatia, Smalley, Hideki, Ryo Hisatsune, and a very disgusting Keegan Bradley sprinkle that may or may not require spiritual counseling. Stephie also shares her favorite top finish bets and first-round angles, including Tony Finau top 20 after Round 1.

If you’re betting the Charles Schwab Challenge, looking for PGA Tour longshots, top 20 bets, top 30 bets, first-round leader angles, or Colonial course-fit plays, this episode has the full card. The transcript specifically centers on Danny Burke’s appearance, Rickie Fowler discussion, Smalley/Coody/Bhatia bets, Hideki/Ryo/Keegan longshots, and US Open futures talk.

  • Ask Smalls Anything Ep 12: NBA Smells, Giants & Guinness | Stephie Smalls Show (Ep 239)
    2026/05/25

It’s a special edition of Ask Smalls Anything Episode 12 on the Stephie Smalls Show, part of the Sports Gambling Podcast Network, with Stephie Smalls and comedian/Emmy-winning producer Ryan McKee answering listener questions, going wildly off-road, and somehow making NBA hygiene, New York Giants rumors, movie theater popcorn buckets and Guinness all feel like part of the same emotional ecosystem.

This episode kicks off with Stephie and Ryan thanking listeners for sending in the most questions they’ve ever received, then confirming that Ask Smalls Anything is now a Spotify-only video and audio show. Ryan also debuts new sound drops, because nothing says professional sports podcast like threatening to vomit on someone’s face.

The questions cover which NBA Conference Finals player looks like he smells the worst, whether OBJ could return to the Giants, why the Giants wide receiver room might secretly be interesting, and whether John Harbaugh winning Coach of the Year is more likely than Jaxson Dart winning MVP. Stephie also discovers the strange Danhausen Knicks curse story, explains why fake aunts and uncles are weird, and demands that people remove their Christmas reindeer noses from their cars by late May.

Ryan McKee is an Emmy-winning writer, producer and comedian whose credits include The Late Late Show with James Corden, the Emmy-winning Snapchat series James Corden’s Next James Corden, MTV’s Guy Code, Girl Code, and the Sports Gambling Podcast Network. He also brings a rant about his Gen Z roommate, who may not actually be a roommate so much as a vape ghost who occasionally Venmos rent.

The episode wraps with bad texting habits, creepy voicemails, nonalcoholic Guinness, Shed Picks nostalgia and the eternal truth that Guinness is not just a winter drink.

  • NFL Division Winners & Futures Bets with Ryan McKee | Stephie Smalls Show (Ep 238)
    2026/05/24

Stephie Smalls is back with a full 2026 NFL futures betting preview, and this time she’s joined by comedian and Emmy-winning producer Ryan McKee to break down the best NFL division winner bets across the AFC and NFC.

Ryan brings his mix of football obsession, comedy brain and Cardinals fan emotional damage to the show as he and Stephie go division by division looking for value, favorites, longshots and dark horses. They start in the AFC East with the Buffalo Bills, then move through the AFC North with the Bengals and Ravens, the AFC South with the Jaguars, Texans, Titans and Colts, and the AFC West with the Chiefs, Broncos and Chargers.

Then it’s over to the NFC, where things get spicy. Stephie and Ryan debate the NFC East, including the Eagles, Cowboys, Giants and Commanders, before digging into the Lions, Vikings, Bears and Packers in the loaded NFC North. They also get into the NFC South, where Stephie tries to figure out why the Saints are getting so much love while Ryan makes a case for the Falcons as a dark horse. Finally, they close the division conversation with the NFC West and the battle between the Rams, 49ers, Seahawks and Cardinals.

Ryan McKee is an Emmy-winning writer, producer and comedian whose credits include The Late Late Show with James Corden, James Corden’s Next James Corden, MTV’s Guy Code and Girl Code, and Sports Gambling Podcast Network. He’s also a longtime standup comic and digital content producer.

The episode wraps with player futures and prop bets, including Bijan Robinson to lead the NFL in touchdowns, Tetairoa McMillan receiving yards, Saquon Barkley rushing yards under, Jeremiyah Love rookie touchdown upside and Carson Beck games started.

  • CJ CUP Byron Nelson Picks: Best Bets & Longshots with Boston Capper | Stephie Smalls Show (Ep 237)
    2026/05/20

The CJ CUP Byron Nelson is here, and The Stephie Smalls Show is breaking down the best bets, longshots, matchup angles, first-round markets, and outright picks for one of the PGA Tour’s most bettable birdie-fest events.

Stephie Smalls is joined by Boston Capper from Hold the Green on Inside Sports Network for a full betting preview of the Byron Nelson, including whether Scottie Scheffler is worth betting at an extremely short number, how course changes could affect scoring, and why this tournament may still come down to elite iron play, birdie-making, and getting hot with the putter.

The episode covers Scottie Scheffler’s price, Si Woo Kim in a first-round three-ball against Scottie and Brooks Koepka, Jordan Spieth top 20 after round one, Steven Jaeger as a Thursday market target, Sam Ryder first-round angles, Ryo Hisatsune in nationality markets, Davis Thompson top 20 and first-round leader, Pierceson Coody top 20, Sungjae Im as an outright longshot, and Jordan Smith top 30.

There’s also plenty of classic Capper and Yapper energy, including Patriots misery, Giants optimism, Chicago weather complaints, Guinness talk, golf media rants, and why some golf bets are emotionally disgusting but still mathematically necessary.

If you’re looking for CJ CUP Byron Nelson picks, PGA Tour best bets, golf betting longshots, first-round leader bets, nationality market angles, top 20 picks, top 30 picks, Underdog plays, and betting strategy for TPC Craig Ranch, this episode has you covered.

  • New York Giants Predictions, Backstreet Boys & Bad Outfits on Ask Smalls Anything Ep 11 | Stephie Smalls Show (Ep 236)
    2026/05/18

Ask Smalls Anything returns for Episode 11 on The Stephie Smalls Show as Stephie Smalls and Producer Ryan McKee answer listener questions with Giants therapy, dating-adjacent life advice, fashion rules, food debates and a little Arizona Cardinals misery sprinkled in for balance.

This week, Smalls reacts to a listener asking about the New York Giants schedule, playoff chances and the wider NFC East picture. She goes game-by-game through Giants vs Cowboys, Rams, Titans, Cardinals, Commanders, Eagles, Colts, 49ers, Seahawks, Browns and Lions while debating whether New York can push toward eight or nine wins. Smalls and Ryan also get into Cowboys volatility, Jalen Hurts questions, Jayden Daniels, defensive coordinator concerns and why expectations for the Giants should probably calm down before everyone starts lighting furniture on fire in Week 1.

The listener questions get weird in the best way: final meals on death row, whether Smalls would sacrifice a toe for another Giants Super Bowl, KAT rebounds vs points bets, what men should wear to impress women, Backstreet Boys vs NSYNC, body count conversations, bald-guy hairline strategy and why “husky medium” may be the most devastating compliment ever invented.

Plus, Smalls explains why she does not understand women going to the bathroom together, Ryan argues bros have not evolved since high school, the show accidentally becomes a menswear seminar, and they preview a rough Arizona Cardinals schedule before checking in on the possible start of Ferrell Summer.

Subscribe to The Stephie Smalls Show for Ask Smalls Anything, listener questions, NFL predictions, New York Giants talk, sports betting chatter, comedy, pop culture and whatever emotional support vehicle Producer Ryan is currently driving. Send your questions for next week and join the Smallsies for another extremely useful episode that somehow answers everything and solves almost nothing.

  • PGA Championship Picks: Cameron Young, Bryson & Long Shots | Stephie Smalls Show (Ep 235)
    2026/05/13

Stephie Smalls is joined by fan favorite Larry from Tom & Marty’s Town House in Binghamton, NY for a full PGA Championship betting preview, breaking down outright bets, long shots, placement markets, round-one angles and course-fit reads for the second major of the season.

Larry starts with the biggest question at the top of the board: can Scottie Scheffler win anywhere, or is this a week to look elsewhere? Stephie and Larry also dig into Rory McIlroy’s path, Bryson DeChambeau’s bomb-and-gouge upside, and why Cameron Young might be Larry’s favorite bet on the board. Larry makes the case that Cam Young is playing like the third-best golfer in this field and could be ready for his major breakthrough.

They also debate Harris English, Jordan Spieth, Tommy Fleetwood, Sam Burns, Xander Schauffele, Russell Henley, Collin Morikawa, Chris Gotterup, Jason Day, Matt McCarty, Kurt Kitayama and Jacob Bridgeman. Stephie gives out placement looks including top 20s, top 30s, top 40s and round-one bets, while Larry explains why elite putting could matter so much on these huge, sloping greens.

If you’re betting the PGA Championship, this episode covers outrights, long shots, live-betting strategy, top-10/top-20 markets and course-style questions that could define the tournament.

  • Ask Smalls Anything Ep. 10: Jalen Hurts, Vrabel Rumors & Fan Questions | Stephie Smalls Show (Ep 234)
    2026/05/11

It’s Ask Smalls Anything Episode 10, a special episode of the Stephie Smalls Show where fans get to ask Stephie Smalls whatever they want — sports, pop culture, personal stories, weird hypotheticals, skincare, college memories and everything in between. As always, Producer Ryan McKee joins Stephie to read the questions, stir the pot and occasionally make a dad joke so powerful it should be regulated.

This episode opens with Stephie and Ryan running on fumes before getting into Stephie’s new “movie girl” era after seeing Project Hail Mary with Ryan Gosling. Ryan brings in a Canadian geese joke, a story about his dog Frida, and a near-miss with a falling tree before the show spirals into generational slang, including Gen Alpha finger clapping, “clock it,” Millennials, Gen Z and the deeply unfortunate arrival of Gen Beta.

The fan questions kick off with terrifying horseback riding stories before moving into a real sports debate: Is Jalen Hurts still a top 10 quarterback? Stephie and Ryan discuss the Philadelphia Eagles, whether Philly fans should be nervous, and how the city’s sports energy feels after the Knicks-Sixers series. Stephie also answers a listener question about her skincare routine, including vitamin C, retinol, SPF and Botox, then explains why she chose the University of Arizona and whether she would go back to college.

The episode also dives into the ongoing Mike Vrabel and Diana Russini rumors, the public timeline, the possible fallout and why sports Twitter cannot stop talking about it. Plus: a gambling “would you rather,” a listener shooting his shot, Stephie’s story about her dad being mistakenly accused of mooning people, and a preview of PGA Championship week on the Sports Gambling Podcast Network.
