It’s time for another Proof Of Life catch-up episode, and hosts Jon Gabrus and Adam Pally have a lot to talk about! Gabrus is shooting his new sitcom, Pally has been filming his movie(s), and they’ll talk about trying to keep their fitness up and stay on a healthy eating routine while working, seeing Geese and DJ Shadow (separately), their cameo on Chef Jeremy Ford’s episode of Knife Edge, getting the most out of summer, beards, horse mouth, Minions, Montauk, and London. Then the conversation turns surprisingly existential right at the very end- STAY ALIVE.

On this episode of Staying Alive, hosts Jon Gabrus and Adam Pally sit down with a New York mainstay, Subway Takes host Kareem Rahma, to discuss nicotine, tennis, peptides, and sonograms, Kareem’s back pain journey, holding stress in the balls, and why Gabrus is the werewolf of beer. Also: sitting is the new smoking. And, technically, any surface is a “sex surface.”
