The party gathers the crew after four months from the events on Galta, and Doctor Professor Fios has a new task for our crew.

Tasked to retrieve two artifacts. One artifact is a source of energy strong enough to power the second artifact, a communication device used to fully understand the Entity that is starting to tear apart the Voltari System.

The party gathers some supplies before leaving K3, also meeting a mysterious Urrian mercenary named Pritikki, who joins the crew without question. After shopping for supplies, and a few questions for Pritikki, the party embarks with new pilots, a Soltarian (anthro) Otter named Michelle, known as Eddie, and her copilot Mystie, a Soltarian Mouse.

A quick jump through the Lagrange Point, using the jump drive to the Voltari system the party arrives, entering the desert planet as their first stop for the first artifact. The desert planet of Maqam...where the first artifact is, and the crew's mission to find a key member of Maqam, in the town of Durak. The person they are looking for is Farris Hicazkar.

Entering Maqam, Faraday starts to see pieces of his past that he had once left, causing a bit of distress, and asking the party to not mention his name. Upon meeting Durak's leader, Osiris a Soltarian Hawk. The crew learning that the search for Farris Hicazkar will be difficult, considering he was banished to the desert two years prior. After a short meeting with Osiris, Faraday explains that he had said Farris couldnt have been banished to the desert, as he is buried in a graveyard nearby. And so, the search for Farris Hicazkar begins.

The party is invited by Petra to take some time off on the sunny jungle planet of Sharat, home to the many Sharatian tribal Piians as well as beautiful sandy beaches and calm waters of the many archipelagos.

Meeting the few main Opal tribe leaders and members (Scout Teton, Chieftain Yew, Shopkeeper Ivy, Shaman Magno) the crew enjoys some rest and relaxation on the beaches of this small coastal village, as well as have some funny moments.

(This Episode takes place a month after Episode 17 of Season 1, and three months before of Season 2 Episode 1)

The crew eventually catches the trial of Mister Abrams, which doesnt go the way they want. Mister Abrams has a small confrontation with Eloi in Evan's Roadhouse, explaining his side of the story on Oberelk as well as offering information for the party. The next day the party watches Fios's trial. Which ends in Fios binding himself to the artifact, and a fight with some cultists from the Cult of the Moth (who Fios stole the artifact from.) After the battle, Fios is reinstated as a military funded professor/doctor, to study the sciences behind The Entity and its artifacts found throughout the systems. The party, being informed from a now free Fios, preps for their next contract.

The crew continues their mission in Hayseed, the small miliary farming town outside the walls off Heartland, Galta. The party meets up with Urrian scout, Iricktic (the "simulated target" seen in Episode 14) and Cadet Hasey, a local farmer turned soldier into the PPA. Both are trying to acquire some lemonade from June (a female Piian clerk) and her twin sister July.

The lemonade is in the local towns fuel station/convenience store. Entering the convenience store, the party finds silly and strange alien, and human food from across the settled systems, from Piianthian, to Voltari, to Sol, and even Tau Ceti.

After acquiring a few more snacks and the lemonade for Cadet Hasey, the party then gathers their paperwork from the Camp Gerr Substation, a small administrative building for the PPA soldiers stationed there. Lastly, the crew reaches Camp Gerr to complete their "training" for Voltari system travel. Which is a fun competition between the player characters (Eloi, Iron Racoon, Roem, Faraday, Ash and Vixy.) in a battle of an obstacle course and a shooting range challenge.

As the party hitch a ride into town from a local farmer. The party then reach the small military town of Hayseed, just outside the wall of Heartland, Galta. As the party meets with Doctor Professor Fios in a holding cell, the party also gets more answers from Mister Abrams, in the other holding cells. Learning that there is more to this mystery accusation then there is to see.

The party then reconvene at Evan's Roadhouse, a local watering hole for farmers and military personnel. Meeting Corperal Haff, a heavy gunner for "Fireteam C", an upcoming group of newcomer trainees trying to pass the military training exercises but need help with "communication"

Haff explains that for the party to travel through the frontier they need to pass a military exam for "fit for frontier work" as part of the paperwork process by talking to the Camp Gerr recruiter, Corporal Tiskeral.

The cast find information to gather before travelling to Galta. Speaking with a few characters on K3. The party then embarks on a strange landing on the Piian homeworld of Galta, as they landed far from the city center, and far from the small border town of Hayseed.

The crew continues cleanup work on Oberelk. Eloi confides with the ghostly apparition of his fiancé Eva. Roem continues to treat Eloi from his battle wounds, noting Eloi should take it easy. Faraday knows an important detail behind the specific mineral "Quartzite" and "The Hicazkar Family" on the frontier planet of Maqam.

After Eloi's moment with Eva, (and words from Roem after) he and the party extract the artifact. An old clock-face with the ability to change people's moods. The clocks mechanisms bound together by one of "The Entity's" crystals.

Before leaving Oberelk, the crew watches Mr. Abrams be escorted by PPA soldiers, from his arrest in the previous episode. The crew soon leaves Oberelk, returning to K3 Station.

Upon reaching K3 Station, they learn that Doctor Professor Fios has been arrested by the PPA Navy. He will be on trial and is held currently on the Piian homeworld of Galta. Prompting the next move for the party.
